New York Giants WR Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed 15 times for 70 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 27 yards and a score in a 29-21 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 15.
Footballguys view: According to Pro Football Focus, Tracy played a season-high 80.5% of the early-down snaps and 75% of the third-down snaps, which was his third-best rate of the season. Tracy also handled 75% of the running back carries. PFF's Nathan Jahnke contends this performance will make Tracy easier to trust going forward and harder to trust Devin Singletary, who remains the running back most likely to score for New York. Still, the gap in touches makes Tracy the better back to consider for New York going forward. New York plays the Vikings in Week 16.
New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart completed 20 of his 36 passes for 246 yards, two touchdowns and an interception, and he gained 63 rushing yards on nine carries in a 29-21 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 15. He also briefly left to be evaluated following a hard hit but missed just two plays.

New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson is averaging 10.6 targets over his last five games, and in Week 15, he faces a Washington Commanders' defense that is allowing a league-high 12.6 yards per reception.
Footballguys view: Robinson's year has seen him change roles depending on the situation. He can be a deep threat with his speed and ball-tracking ability. However, when rookie QB Jaxson Dart is under center, we see Robinson as more of a short-area receiver. Against the Commanders (with Dart starting), we like Robinson as a WR2/flex option in Week 15.
There is optimism that WR Gunner Olszewski (concussion) will be able to play in Week 15's game versus the Washington Commanders, as he continues to progress through the NFL's concussion protocol, according to interim head coach Mike Kafka.

P Jamie Gillan (knee) did not practice and is listed as doubtful. DT D.J. Davidson (illness) and LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (illness, neck, knee) did not practice and are listed as questionable. DT Dexter Lawrence (hamstring) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 12, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.
Footballguys view: Tracy should see the majority of the Giants' running back touches this week, though Devin Singletary is expected to maintain a steady role. Tracy's pass-catching ability and big-play upside give him an appealing weekly ceiling even in a split role, making him a high-end RB3 this week.
New York Giants TE Theo Johnson (toe) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 12, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.
Footballguys view: Theo Johnson has quietly emerged as one of the Giants' top targets, displaying a strong chemistry with rookie Jaxon Dart. He cracks our top 12 tight ends this week, putting him atop the streaming tier.
The New York Giants were awarded WR Ryan Miller off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Thursday, Dec. 11.

Link to storyNew York Giants TE Theo Johnson (toe) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 11.
Footballguys view: Toe injuries are painful to deal with. Johnson is limited, but he should be able to play in Week 15. As a favorite target, Johnson is a low-end TE1.
Free-agent WR Xavier Gipson (Eagles) was signed to the New York Giants' practice squad Wednesday, Dec. 10.

Updating a previous report, New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hip) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 10.
Link to storyNew York Giants TE Theo Johnson (toe) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 10.
Footballguys view: A toe injury can be painful to deal with, but we're expecting Johnson to play in Week 15. As a favorite target for Jaxson Dart, Johnson is a TE1/TE2 option for Fantasy GMs in Week 15.
New York Giants WR Beaux Collins (neck) has his practice window open on Wednesday, Dec. 10. The team has 21 days to activate him to the roster, or he remains on injured reserve for the rest of the season.

Link to storyNew York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hip) told the media on Tuesday, Dec. 2, that he is 'fine' after suffering a stinger in Week 13.
Footballguys view: This news is encouraging, especially considering Tracy had to be helped to the sidelines and then carted to the locker room. Now the outlook isn't as bleak as it appeared. We'll continue to watch for more in the coming days, but a Week 14 bye will work in Tracy's favor.
New York Giants WR Gunner Olszewski (concussion) suffered a concussion in Week 13 against the New England Patriots.
Footballguys view: Olszewski went down on a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit from Patriots LB Christian Eliss on a kickoff return during the second quarter. Olszewski, who fumbled the ball immediately after the hit as his arms appeared to go limp, was down for several minutes before being helped off the field by the Giants' training staff. He went to the locker room to be evaluated and was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the contest. The Giants have a Week 14 bye, so Olszewski will have two weeks to clear the protocol.

New York Giants RB Devin Singletary carried the ball 12 times for 68 yards and a touchdown versus the New England Patriots in Week 13. He added three receptions for 34 yards.
Footballguys view: As CBSSports.com recounted it, Singletary made his mark when he lined up in the Wildcat formation and ripped off a 22-yard score on the first play of the fourth quarter. He finished as the game's leading rusher a week after taking a backseat to teammate Tyrone Tracy, who suffered a hip injury against the Patriots. Singletary has become a viable flex option in standard scoring formats after recording double-digit carries in three straight games with three touchdowns over that span. The Giants will be on a bye next week and resume play against the Commanders in Week 15.

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hip) was removed from the game against the New England Patriots in Week 13 due to a hip injury. Prior to departing, Tracy had 10 carries for 36 yards and one reception for minus-three yards.
Footballguys view: A hit by Anfernee Jennings on a running play for a 2-yard loss injured Tracy. He was taken off the field by two athletic trainers, unable to put weight on his left leg. He sat in the passenger seat of the cart for a ride from the sideline into the training room. The Giants listed Tracy as questionable with a hip injury, but he did not return. The Giants finished the game with Devin Singletary and Eric Gray as their running backs.
New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson caught seven passes for 34 yards in a Week 13 loss to the New England Patriots. Robinson was targeted eight times.

New York Giants WR Darius Slayton (hamstring) fully participated in practice Saturday, Nov. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Footballguys view: Slayton has big-play ability, so Fantasy GMs can look to him as a 'what the heck' flex in Week 13. The Giants travel to face a red-hot Patriots team on Monday night.
Darius Slayton player page
New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (ankle) fully participated in practice Saturday, Nov. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Footballguys view: With QB Jaxson Dart out there on Monday night against the Patriots, we like what Robinson can bring to the field. Fantasy GMs should look at Robinson as a WR2/flex option in Week 13.
New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart (concussion) fully participated in practice Saturday, Nov. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Footballguys view: Dart has cleared the concussion protocol, and he's set to play on Monday night against the Patriots. With his rushing ability, Dart has QB1 upside, but in his first game back we've got him in the high-end QB2 range.
