With that speed, Concepcion makes for an attractive target - but not just on deep throws. We could see plenty of shorter passes that Concepcion could turn into long gains. Concepcion's route-running ability is also a hallmark of his game. We see the rookie as a WR5 with upside for Fantasy GMs this year. |

This is an undisclosed injury, so who knows if his lack of participation is related to that or a new injury. So long as he's healthy for training camp and the preseason, we're not too concerned. With David Njoku (Chargers) gone, Fannin could be a top-10 fantasy tight end in 2026. |

With a new head coach and a handful of fun, young weapons around him, Watson is worth a cheap flyer in dynasty trades and late-round best ball picks. |

Either way, this quarterback situation is set to be mercurial unless Watson can return to the player he was in Houston. Watson has the highest ceiling of the bunch, and investments in offensive skill players and Monken's system give him some late-round allure in best ball drafts. But John Madden famously said, "If you've got two quarterbacks, you have none." The Browns currently have two quarterbacks. |

But Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com reports that Sanders seemed to have narrowed the gap the past couple of weeks with his grasp of the playbook and increased efficiency. This development could lead Monken to hold off on naming or even determining his QB1 until sometime during training camp. |

| Footballguys view: The Browns claimed they had no interest in trading Garrett, and even told that to the Rams, according to ESPN's reporting. But the Rams refused to give up their "persistent pursuit" of Garrett. The Browns told the Rams that no deal would get done without including the 25-year-old Verse, the Rams' 2024 first-round pick, who has had 12 sacks and 22 tackles for loss the past two seasons. The Rams initially were not interested in moving Verse, but eventually began to consider a package with him as long as the draft picks were adjusted appropriately. Now the deal is done. |

'I'm told he's hit it off with (Monken), who's got an offensive concept, some elements that Watson has run in the past and been his best at,' ESPN national reporter Jeremy Fowler remarked. The team begins organized team activities (OTAs) this week.
| Footballguys view: The drumbeat on Watson started in March with browns owner Jimmy Haslam telling a group of local reporters that Watson has a "great chance" and a "fresh start" with the offensive-minded Monken. Haslam said Watson "threw the ball well" during a three-week span late in the 2025 season when he was designated to return to practice from the physically unable to perform list. The 30-year-old, who hasn't played since October of 2024, is expected to compete with Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel to be the Browns' starting quarterback. It also sounds like he's the early favorite to win the job. |

At least he is in an organization where he could get a chance to play soon if he shows promise, given the team's lack of a long-term answer at quarterback. Green could also move to wide receiver if he busts as a quarterback. He has a similar size/speed profile to Terrelle Pryor, who once upon a time had a 1000 yard season for Cleveland as a wide receiver after coming into the league as a quarterback for the Raiders. |
