Cleveland Browns DE Myles Garrett sits with 22 sacks heading into Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and he'll be trying to hunt down QB Joe Burrow to top former New York Giants DE Michael Strahan and Pittsburgh Steelers LB T.J. Watt for the all-time single-season record (22.5 sacks).

Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Footballguys view: Sampson should operate as the team's top running back with both Quinshon Judkins and Jerome Ford on IR. Expect a dose of Raheim Sanders, but Sampson is the guy to start in fantasy this week. He's a back-end RB2.
Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders (back, finger) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.

Link to storyCleveland Browns WR Jerry Jeudy caught five of seven targets for 54 yards in a Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Footballguys view: Jeudy didn't put up big numbers with Shedeur Sanders at quarterback, but Sanders gives him a chance to have decent sustained quarterback play next season. He remains on the dynasty radar because of what Sanders showed this season.

Cleveland Browns RB Trayveon Williams carried twice for 10 yards in a Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cleveland Browns RB Raheim Sanders carried eight times for 21 yards in a Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He caught one pass for 10 yards.
Link to storyCleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson carried 11 times for 27 yards in a Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He caught three passes for zero yards.
Link to storyCleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders completed 17 of 23 passes for 186 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions in a Week 17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Footballguys view: Sanders numbers aren't impressive in fantasy terms, but he lost Harold Fannin early on and didn't get much help from the running game. He looks like he belongs in the NFL with an approach as a passer that engages defenses with a quick processor and courage. He should be the team's starting quarterback Week 1, but Cleveland will have a top 8 pick and could decide to take a quarterback.
Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. (groin) aggravated his groin injury in the first half of the Week 17 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he will not return. He had two receptions for 30 yards and a TD on two targets before departing.
Footballguys view: Fannin at least gave fantasy teams a 28-yard touchdown on the play that ended his afternoon. He has been one of the biggest breakout players of the 2025 rookie class and Fannin might actually have a quarterback in Shedeur Sanders. Fannin should be one of the top 6-8 tight ends in fantasy drafts next season. He could end up being a rare tight end who is the #1 target in his team's passing game.
Cleveland Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. (groin) scored a touchdown in the first quarter of the Week 17 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he aggravated the injury on the play, and he left the game. He is questionable to return.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) has been ruled out for Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Footballguys view: Njoku has battled this knee injury seemingly all season, missing some games and exiting others early. Harold Fannin has pushed Njoku out of the tier of fantasy-relevant receivers this season. With Njoku out, even more volume should be pushed Fannin's way.
David Njoku player page
Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (hand) is questionable for Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Footballguys view: With Quinshon Judkins and Jerome Ford both on IR, Sampson could end up with a significant workload if active. Sampson should be rostered in all fantasy formats. Even if you don't need him in your lineup, it could be advantageous to block your opponent from starting him.
Cleveland Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. (groin) is questionable for Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Footballguys view: All signs point to Fannin being active this week despite a limited practice on Friday. Assuming he's out there, start him as an elite TE1. Luckily for fantasy managers, the Browns play early on Sunday. If, for whatever reason, Fannin can't go, there will be no shortage of streamers to choose from. Fannin's managers should pick up their favorite ahead of time, just in case.

Buffalo Bills OL Kendrick Green was signed off the practice squad by the Cleveland Browns Wednesday, Dec. 24.
Link to storyCleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (Achilles) will not play during the 2025 season, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Footballguys view: Watson was designated for a return to practice on Dec. 3, which marked the first time he practiced in a limited basis with the Browns since his Achilles tear in the 2024 Week 7 loss to the Bengals. By being kept on PUP, Watson can no longer practice, but he can be part of meetings, while continuing to rehab his injury. The Browns will keep Watson on the roster for the 2026 season. He's still worth $131,163,378 in cap hits spread out between 2026 -- when the contract expires -- and extra years created by restructuring late in 2024.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, leg) was placed on injured reserve following successful surgery on his fractured fibula and dislocated ankle.
Footballguys view: The Browns announced that Judkins' surgery went well on Tuesday and that he's expected to make a full recovery. Judkins is expected to be able to resume football activities at some point in the next 4-6 months. Judkins was a second-round pick in April, but he did not sign with the Browns until September because the team waited for a misdemeanor battery charge to be resolved, so he didn't make his debut in Week 2. Judkins finished the year with 230 carries for 827 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 appearances before his injury. We'll monitor his rehab over the offseason.
Updating previous reports, Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, leg) suffered a broken fibula and dislocated ankle during the Week 16 game but does not have any damage in his knee, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Footballguys view: While this is good news, Judkins' injury was still severe enough to require a four-to-five-month recovery after undergoing surgery to repair a dislocated right ankle and fractured fibula, a league source told Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot. That could put him back on the practice field, at least on a limited basis, sometime during the offseason program in the spring.
Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins should be back on the practice field in about 4-5 months after undergoing surgery to repair a dislocated right ankle and fractured fibula, a league source told Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot.
Footballguys view: That could put him back on the practice field, at least on a limited basis, sometime during the offseason program in the spring. Judkins, the Browns' No. 36 pick in the second round out of Ohio State, suffered the injury with 1:47 left in the half of Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Bills on a hit by linebacker Matt Milano. Raheim Sanders replaced Judkins and could get a lot of work against the Steelers this week, although Dylan Sampson, who's missed two games with a hand injury, is also worth monitoring.
