| Footballguys view: Akron Beacon Journal beat writer Chris Easterling told us late last month that Boston was arguably the offseason MVP for Cleveland's offense. Given his size and physical style of play, Easterling believes Boston could emerge as more than a threat in the red zone; he might also draw the most targets and catch more passes than the rest of the team's wideouts. KC Concepcion, as WR51, is currently the first Browns receiver off the board, in the 11th round. Boston is WR60, available in Round 13. The team's quarterback will be a factor here, but Boston's drumbeat is getting louder. |

Now we have more confirmation of that. Fannin, who suffered the injury in Week 17 last season, said he was cleared about two weeks ago. He reported to camp last week with rookies and QBs and has been practicing. Fannin is currently being drafted as TE6, and we expect him to play a major role in Todd Monken's offense. |

| Footballguys view: A couple of months ago, all indications were that Watson had the inside track to the starting job. Considering we're a few weeks out of OTAs, it's hard to see what Sanders could be doing to close the gap. Todd Monken has refused to name a starter, but we should get some clarity in training camp. Until then, drafters in deep best ball leagues can take final-round shots on either quarterback. It would be a surprise if either quarterback earns and holds the starting job for the entire season. |
