Washington Redskins TE Chris Cooley played with two meniscus tears in his knee during the 2010 season, reports Dan Steinberg, of The Washington Post. 'It's almost like a hangnail in your knee,' Cooley said. 'Your cartilage just kind of flicks up and rubs around and messes with you. When it first happens, it's really painful, for about a month. I played in '05 about 10 games with it, and then it really calmed down so I just let it go.' Cooley will have offseason arthroscopic surgery on the knee, which apparently was the result of a kick from the wife of former Redskins TE Todd Yoder.
