| Footballguys view: Slayton was open deep on a flea flicker, but underthrown, and also had a fumble before leaving the game with an injury. He was a hot pickup this week, but can probably be dropped in typical leagues. The Giants play on Thursday, so he's almost certainly out for at least one game. There is still some promise of enough value to be worth a roster spot once he's healthy. |

The New York Giants plan to replace WR Malik Nabers (knee) in their offense with a committee approach, since it is difficult for one player to duplicate his production, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. WRs Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton, TE Theo Johnson and RB Cam Skattebo are expected to compensate for his loss and should see additional offensive targets.
