New Orleans Saints TE Taysom Hill had four receptions (on five targets) for 50 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday, Oct. 19. He also ran the ball five times for 18 yards and a score.
| Footballguys view: Hill is remaining a bigger part of the passing game as a receiver with Juwan Johnson sidelined, and he's playing like he should continue to have a larger role as a receiving tight end even after Johnson is healthy. His rushing touchdown was the cherry on the sundae. Hill should be added in any leagues where he is still available. |

| Footballguys view: Hill remains an excellent late round tight end pick whether in best ball or typical redraft leagues. It is possible that Jamaal Williams takes some of Hill's goal line rushing opportunities away, but if he is getting more chances to catch the ball as a tight end, then that should keep his weekly boom/bust fantasy value intact. |

| Footballguys view: Hill was banged up during the week, but he was able to get out there in the season finale for the Saints. Who knows what the future holds for the Saints, they may be getting a new head coach and/or quarterback for the 2023 season. Hill has a $13.9 million cap hit in 2023 with $23.7 million remaining in dead money. We'll see what changes happen around him, but Hill is staying with the Saints - likely in his gadget TE/QB role - for the upcoming season. |
