Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (hand) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and has been ruled out for Week 16.
Footballguys view: This is an appealing running back matchup, as the Bills' 26.1 fantasy points allowed to running backs rank fifth-most among all defenses. With Sampson out, Quinshon Judkins should see a substantial workload. Trayveon Williams may get a few touches, but Judkins is the only running back with fantasy value this week.
Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans.
Footballguys view: Rice was unable to practice all week after reporting concussion symptoms following Sunday's game. The Chiefs are eliminated from playoff contention, and Patrick Mahomes is out for the year. There is no reason to rush Rice back. Even if he returns in Week 17, his outlook will be severely limited with Gardner Minshew at quarterback.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and has been ruled out for Week 16.
Footballguys view: Njoku has fallen off the fantasy radar as rookie Harold Fannin has established himself as the team's primary pass-catcher. He may try to suit up for Week 17, but he is droppable in all fantasy formats.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Quentin Johnston (groin) is listed as questionable for Week 16 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Footballguys view: Johnston missed last week's game with a groin injury but returned to practice this week in a limited capacity. He has gone cold after a hot start to the season. If he is active, the Cowboys allow a tantalizing number of big plays, which is Johnston's specialty. Still, given his recent production and the injury, he should only be started by desperate managers.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Footballguys view: Godwin's DNP yesterday came with a "rest" designation, so there is no concern about him being limited in this matchup. He is not living up to the top-three receiver he was last season, but he remains a solid WR3 this week against the Panthers.

Buffalo Bills OT Chase Lundt (knee), DL Jordan Phillips (ankle), and K Matt Prater (quad) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 19, and have been ruled out for Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns. DB Cam Lewis (hamstring) was limited in practice on Friday and is listed as questionable. WR Mecole Hardman Jr. (calf) practiced in full on Friday and is listed as questionable. Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cade Otton (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Footballguys view: Otton has failed to reach 30 yards in each of his last four games and has yet to score a touchdown this season. With Mike Evans and Chris Godwin Sr. back in the lineup, Otton is well off the fantasy radar.
Atlanta Falcons WR Drake London (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals. Head coach Raheem Morris 'expects' London to play.
Link to storyTampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (collarbone) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Footballguys view: Mike Evans was in vintage form last week, catching six of 12 targets for 132 yards. As long as he remains healthy, he is back in the high-end WR2 discussion going forward.
Mike Evans player page
Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Footballguys view: After back-to-back DNPs to start the week, it was encouraging to see Kincaid log a full practice on Friday. However, he has had some dud games this season coming off injury. His ceiling is undeniable, but the recent injury keeps him in the streamer discussion rather than must-start territory.

New Orleans Saints WR Devaughn Vele (shoulder) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Dec. 19.
Footballguys view: Vele's usage had begun to spike before he suffered an injury last week. He is worth stashing in dynasty leagues, but redraft managers should drop him for an injury-away running back who could be useful in Week 17.
Cincinnati Bengals DT Kris Jenkins (ankle) will be placed on the Reserve/Injured list, according to head coach Zac Taylor.
Link to storyNew Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) has been ruled out for Week 16 against the New York Jets.
Footballguys view: This will be the fourth game Kamara has missed since injuring his knee in Week 12, and he has yet to return to practice. It is safe to assume Kamara will not be relevant for fantasy this season. Even if he is active in Week 17, it would be difficult to trust him after such an extended absence. Assuming he is not IR-eligible in your league, there is no reason to keep him rostered.

Carolina Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan (foot, ankle) will play in Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Footballguys view: After logging a full practice on Wednesday, McMillan shouldn't have any limitations this week. He's a mid-tier WR2 against Tampa Bay in a battle for the NFC South.
Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is questionable for Week 16 against the Dolphins.
Footballguys view: Higgins logged a full practice on Friday, signaling that he is more likely than not to play this week. Assuming Higgins is active, he is a plug-and-play high-end WR2. If he cannot go, expect Mitchell Tinsley and Mike Gesicki to see increased usage.
Tee Higgins player page
Arizona Cardinals RB Michael Carter will start at running back in Week 16.
Footballguys view: Emari Demercado has always been a change-of-pace option, so Carter was expected to handle the bulk of the work. Demercado will likely see some usage, especially on passing downs, but Carter remains the preferred fantasy option. Given the matchup against Atlanta, he profiles as a solid streaming play and a high-end RB3 in Week 16.

New York Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) will miss the rest of the season, according to head coach Aaron Glenn.
Footballguys view: There was little expectation that Wilson would return in a lost year for the Jets. Adonai Mitchell has stepped up as the team's primary receiver with Wilson out. He'll remain under contract next season, and could develop into a strong decondary receiver opposite Wilson.
