Cincinnati Bengals impending free-agent QB Joe Flacco could join the Atlanta Falcons after free agency begins, as an insurance plan in case QB Michael Penix Jr. (knee) is not ready to play at the beginning of the 2026 season, according to ESPN.com's Dan Graziano.
