Howdy Folks,

Good Tuesday to you.

It's a big day with killer new content. I love digging down into the players like Nick Chubb, Aaron Jones and Joe Mixon. And asking if we can trust Kenyan Drake. These are the questions that can decide championships.

And here's a question I have for you. What's your vote for the new team name for Washington? Cast your vote here or shoot me an email and let me know.

For me, I like Red Wolves. Here's a rad uniform design from Steve Gonzalez. I love the colors and the little details like the DC flag on the sleeves.

Now on to Football.

1. SF - RB Raheem Mostert talks with team

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

San Francisco 49ers RB Raheem Mostert recently talked with a high-ranking member of the 49ers to clear the air and get on the same page moving forward, according to sources. Mostert asked for a trade earlier in the month, but it is not known if he is still seeking a trade.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Anything positive in this situation should push Mostert's ADP back up. The fantasy football hive mind has overreacted to the specter of a holdout and created a buy low window in dynasty and redraft alike. Expect Mostert to get some sort of raise and his ADP to return to, if not surpass its previous level.

2. KC - Clyde Edwards-Helaire agrees to deal

Source: Yahoo! Sports - Terez A. Paylor

Kansas City Chiefs first-round draft choice RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire agreed to terms on a four-year contract with the Chiefs Monday, July 20, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Edwards-Helaire is already going in the second round of some fantasy drafts. He'll need to stay healthy through camp and prove he is ready to overtake Damien Williams to make that ADP seem wise in hindsight. For now, Williams being available much later appears to be the better pick.

3. PHI - Jalen Reagor terms

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles WR Jalen Reagor agreed to a four-year, $13.3 million deal Monday, July 20. The deal includes a fifth-year option.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Reagor will be behind DeSean Jackson, who is still trying to redeem himself after anti-Semitic comments got him a few steps out on the plank earlier this month. If Reagor shows his run after catch ability and deep speed in camp, he could force the Eagles to change their plan of putting him strictly at backup "Z" receiver. Jackson's durability problems probably ensure that Reagor will start sooner than later, making him one of the top rookie wide receivers to target in redraft leagues.

4. NFL - WR Antonio Brown done playing?

Source: NFL.com - Kevin Patra

Free-agent WR Antonio Brown (Patriots) indicated on Twitter that he is done playing professional football.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Stop us if you've heard this one before... This isn't the first time Brown has postured as if he was going to retire. One report by Jeremy Fowler indicated that Brown is bringing up retirement because he was close to settling the Britney Taylor case, which is what happened last year. His status as a late round flier is looking shakier as Brown's instability is resurfacing.

5. PHI - Jalen Hurts agrees to terms

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Philadelphia Eagles second-round draft choice QB Jalen Hurts agreed to a four-year contract with the Eagles Monday, July 20, worth $6.02 million. The deal includes a $1.94 million signing bonus.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hurts might get on the field in some special package plays, but probably won't be the backup to Carson Wentz as long as Nate Sudfeld makes the roster. If Wentz gets hurt and misses significant time, it is possible that the Eagles would turn to Hurts quickly if Sudfeld is mediocre.

6. TB - Tyler Johnson signs rookie deal

Source: The Athletic - Greg Auman

Tampa Bay Buccaneers fifth-round draft choice WR Tyler Johnson signed a four-year contract with the Buccaneers Monday, July 20. Financial terms were not disclosed.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Johnson is a classic NFL slot receiver, but Chris Godwin was outstanding in that role last and the Bucs might not use a slot receiver as much with Rob Gronkowski and a four deep tight end group. Johnson will likely be one of those receivers who is much more productive in college than the pros.

7. PHI - Six draft picks agrees to terms

Source: PhiladelphiaEagles.com - Chris McPherson

Philadelphia Eagles third-round draft choice LB Davion Taylor, fourth-round draft choice S K'Von Wallace, fifth-round draft choice OG Jack Driscoll, fifth-round draft choice WR John Hightower, sixth-round draft choice LB Shaun Bradley and seventh-round draft choice DE Casey Toohill agreed to terms on four-year contracts with the Eagles Monday, July 20. Financial terms were not disclosed.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hightower will battle Marquise Goodwin and fellow draft pick Quez Watkins for playing time as a vertical threat in an offense that sorely needed one last year.

8. KC - KC agrees to terms with five draft picks

Source: Yahoo! Sports - Terez A. Paylor

Kansas City Chiefs second-round draft choice LB Willie Gay, third-round draft choice OT Lucas Niang, fourth-round draft choice CB L'Jarius Sneed, fifth-round draft choice DE Michael Danna and seventh-round draft choice CB Thakarius Keyes agreed to terms on four-year contracts with the Chiefs Monday, July 20, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Gay could start right away in a weak side linebacker role that will allow him to seek and destroy the way he did in college. He's an underrated dynasty IDP commodity.
