1. NO - QB Taysom Hill expected to start

Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

New Orleans Saints QB Taysom Hill will start in Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons, according to a source.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

There are some conflicting reports around this but Adam Schefter is the best in the business. The Saints could be doing this make the Falcons preparation more difficult but Hill's upside as an everydown quarterback is very high because of his running ability and he should be considered a high ceiling QB2/Superflex/Streamer and an automatic start over anyone except Travis Kelce in leagues where he has tight end eligibility.

2. DAL - RB Ezekiel Elliott on track to play

Source: DallasCowboys.com

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Elliott is over his hamstring issue and should get as much work as he can handle against the Vikings on Sunday.

3. NO - QB Drew Brees to miss at least three games

Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees (ribs, lung) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Nov. 20.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brees is out for at least the next three games, but there's no certainty that he will play again this year. Taysom Hill is reportedly going to start and maybe even play all of the snaps over Jameis Winston, but Sean Payton would not name a starter today.

4. CAR - RB Mike Davis ready to play

Source: Panthers.com

Carolina Panthers RB Mike Davis (thumb) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Davis's outlook will be greatly improved if Teddy Bridgewater can go Sunday vs. Detroit, but outward indications are that Bridgewater will rest his injured knee. Check back Sunday morning to know which quarterback will be handing off and throwing the ball to Davis.

5. CLE - DE Myles Garrett out for Week 11

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Cleveland Browns DE Myles Garrett (illness) will be out for Week 11 after he was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Nov. 20.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This is an upgrade for Carson Wentz matchup and should make you feel better about playing parts of the Eagles offense this week.

6. DET - WR Kenny Golladay misses practice

Source: Detroit Free Press - Dave Birkett

Detroit Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) didn't participate in practice Friday, Nov. 20.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Golladay looks questionable to doubtful for Week 11. With a short week in Week 12 because the Lions play on Thanksgiving, he's automatically questionable for that game. Marvin Jones is a WR3/Flex play and TJ Hockenson could get extra targets with Golladay out.

7. ARI - QB Kyler Murray has AC joint sprain

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (shoulder) is dealing with a sprained AC joint in his throwing shoulder, suffered Thursday, Nov. 19, in the loss to the Seattle Seahawks. However, he isn't expected to miss any time, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll see if it decreases his accuracy or willingness to run after Murray failed to make an impact as a runner Thursday night.

8. DET - Timeline doesn't favor D'Andre Swift

Source: MLive.com - Kyle Meinke

Detroit Lions RB D'Andre Swift (concussion) faces a 'difficult' task in getting cleared in time to play in Week 11, head coach Matt Patricia said Friday, Nov. 20.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adrian Peterson should get the start with Kerryon Johnson mixed in on passing downs. The Panthers run defense has allowed five running backs to have their best fantasy days of the year, so consider Peterson a what the heck flex.

9. DET - QB Matthew Stafford expected to start

Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler

Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford (thumb) has experienced no additional setbacks with his thumb injury, and is expected to start Sunday, Nov. 22 against the Carolina Panthers.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Stafford's passing efficiency might be affected by the injury and he'll likely be without Danny Amendola, D'Andre Swift, and Kenny Golladay, so he's not a great start this week.

10. CAR - QB Teddy Bridgewater has shot to start

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Carolina Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater (knee) is moving around better Friday, Nov. 20, and is expected to do more in practice, giving the team hope that he still may be able to play and start Sunday against the Detroit Lions.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll believe it when we see it. If Bridgewater can go, Mike Davis, DJ Moore, Robby Anderson, and Curtis Samuel become much better plays. Set your lineup without your Panthers and hope to be able to plug them in with good news about Bridgewater.

11. CIN - Coach uncertain on RB Joe Mixon return

Source: ESPN - Ben Baby

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon (foot) has been ruled out Week 11 and will miss a fourth straight game. And head coach Zac Taylor, when asked Friday, Nov. 20, if he expects Mixon back this season, said he didn't want to make any predictions on the situation.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We have to hold onto Mixon at this point since he hasn't been placed on IR, but Giovani Bernard's speculative rest of season value just went up with Taylor's non-answer.

12. GB - WR Davante Adams in good shape for Week 11

Source: ESPN.com - Rob Demovsky

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (ankle) 'made good progress (throughout the week) and should be good to go' in Week 11 against the Indianapolis Colts, according to head coach Matt LaFleur.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adams is safe to put in lineups and Aaron Rodgers outlook is improved with this news.

13. CAR - RB Christian McCaffrey to miss another game

Source: Panthers.com

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 20, and has been ruled out for Week 11.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Panthers have a Week 13 bye, so it's looking more likely by the day that Week 14 will be the earliest return date for McCaffrey.

14. CIN - Tee Higgins back at practice

Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (illness) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

At least one player this year has returned to practice after missing with an illness and then tested positive for covid, so monitor this situation and all of the illness designations that have popped up this week on injury reports.

15. IND - TE Mo Alie-Cox does not practice

Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts TE Mo Alie-Cox (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 20, but is not on the injury report for Week 11.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jack Doyle could be back this week to split the tight end snaps and targets three ways, so even though Alie-Cox is the most dangerous downfield receiver of the three, he's only a desperation play.

16. KC - WR Sammy Watkins practices Friday

Source: Chiefs.com - Matt McMullen

Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (calf, hamstring) participated in practice Friday, Nov. 20, according to head coach Andy Reid.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Watkins is obviously a risky play with his new injury, and only a desperation play if he is active. If he isn't, with Mecole Hardman still on the covid list, Demarcus Robinson would become a good play for Week 11 against the Raiders.

17. SEA - RB Chris Carson expected Week 12

Source: The Seattle Times - Bob Condotta

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (foot) is expected to return and play in Week 12, head coach Pete Carroll said Friday, Nov. 20

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This would be welcome for Carson's fantasy teams. The Seahawks running game got back on track last night with Carlos Hyde in a good sign for Carson's value.

FOOTBALLGUYS PICKS

Title Text - Detail. Pitch and link.

18. MIN - Minnesota's Week 11 injury report

Source: Vikings.com

Minnesota Vikings OL Ezra Cleveland (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys. TE Irv Smith (groin) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. CB Cameron Dantzler (concussion) was upgraded to a full practice Friday, Nov. 20, and is also listed as questionable. DL Hercules Mata'afa (ankle), C Garrett Bradbury (shoulder) and DE Ifeadi Odenigbo (shoulder) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith could play, rendering both he and Kyle Rudolph mere desperation plays against the Cowboys in a good matchup. If Smith is inactive, Rudolph is a viable play this week.

19. SEA - TE Greg Olsen suffers foot injury

Source: ESPN.com - Brady Henderson

Seattle Seahawks TE Greg Olsen (foot) suffered a fascia tear in his left foot during the team's Week 11 game against the Arizona Cardinals. The team fears it may be a complete rupture, and it's unclear if Olsen will be able to return this season.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Will Dissly and Jacob Hollister have a little more appeal as desperation plays with Olsen out of the mix. The Seahawks are probably better equipped to handle an injury at tight end than any team in the league.

20. SEA - RB Bo Scarbrough injures hamstring

Source: The Tacoma News Tribune - Lauren Smith

Seattle Seahawks RB Bo Scarbrough (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury against the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday, Nov. 19. He did not return and was seen limping with his leg heavily wrapped after the game.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Scarbrough ran well and is a good fit for the Seahawks, who had him in the organization in 2018. If Chris Carson is back next week, the running game shouldn't miss a beat, but this removes Scarbrough from our deep sleeper list.

21. CIN - Week 11 injury report for Cincinnati

Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon (foot) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Washington Football Team. OG Alex Redmond (biceps), DT Xavier Williams (back) and OT Fred Johnson (illness) were limited in practice Friday, Nov. 20, and are listed as questionable. DT Margus Hunt (illness) and WR Mike Thomas (hamstring) were not given practice designations Friday and are also listed as questionable. DT Geno Atkins (personal), DT Mike Daniels (rest), WR A.J. Green (rest), LB Germaine Pratt (illness), CB Mackensie Alexander (concussion), S Jessie Bates (illness), OT Bobby Hart (knee), CB LeShaun Sims (concussion), OT Jonah Williams (neck), CB Tony Brown (foot) and WR Tee Higgins (illness) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Giovani Bernard will get another start in place of Mixon with Samaje Perine mixed in against his former team.

22. KC - Week 11 injury report for Kansas City

Source: Chiefs.com

Kansas City Chiefs DE Taco Charlton (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. OT Mitchell Schwartz (back) did not practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 20, and has also been ruled out. WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring, calf) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday and is listed as questionable. OL Mike Remmers (rib) was upgraded to a full practice Friday and is also listed as questionable. Thakarius Keyes (illness), CB Rashad Fenton (ankle), DT Chris D. Jones (groin), DT Derrick Nnadi (ankle), C Austin Reiter (knee), DT Khalen Saunders (elbow), CB Antonio Hamilton (hamstring), RB Darrel Williams (illness), RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (illness) and OT Eric Fisher (shoulder) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Edwards-Helaire is good to go after missing practice yesterday with an illness, but we'll monitor the situation after at least one player who missed practice with an illness and returned to play later tested positive for covid.

23. NO - Week 11 injury report for New Orleans

Source: NewOrleansSaints.com

New Orleans Saints Josh Hill (concussion) and RB Dwayne Washington (back) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons. CB Marshon Lattimore (abdomen) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. WR Tre'Quan Smith (concussion), DE Cameron Jordan (back), OT Ryan Ramczyk (knee), DT Malcom Brown (calf) and RB Alvin Kamara (foot) practiced in full Friday, Nov. 20, and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

If Lattimore can't go, Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Matt Ryan's outlook gets a lot better against a hot Saints defense.

24. PHI - TE Zach Ertz won't be back this week

Source: NBC Sports Philadelphia - Reuben Frank

Philadelphia Eagles TE Zach Ertz (ankle) had a good week, but he won't be back for Week 11, according to head coach Doug Pederson.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ertz could return to face the Seahawks next week, but he wasn't consistently fantasy relevant before he got hurt, so unless you are desperate at tight end, don't rush to pick him up.

25. BAL - Baltimore's injury report for Week 11

Source: BaltimoreRavens.com

Baltimore Ravens DE Calais Campbell (calf) and DT Brandon Williams (ankle) did not practice all week and are listed as doubtful for Week 11 versus the Tennessee Titans. CB Jimmy Smith (ankle) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 20, while LB L.J. Fort (finger) practiced in full all week; both players are listed as questionable. DE Derek Wolfe (non-injury) was added to the injury report and did not practice Friday but is expected to play. DB Anthony Levine (non-injury), OT Orlando Brown Jr. (non-injury), RB Mark Ingram (non-injury) and LB Pernell McPhee (non-injury) were not given practice designations Friday but are expected to be active.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Campbell and Williams being out is great news for Derrick Henry, who was excellent against a tough Colts run defense despite playing from behind.

26. DEN - QB Drew Lock questionable for Week 11

Source: DNVR Sports - Andrew Mason

Denver Broncos QB Drew Lock (ribs) will be listed as questionable for the team's Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins, head coach Vic Fangio said Friday, Nov. 20. Lock is expected to practice Friday, and Fangio is hoping to see him 'throwing and operating without showing any effects of the injury.'

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Lock will start if he's healthy enough to play, which probably would Miami a better D/ST to start this week. Tim Patrick would be a better play with Lock, while KJ Hamler and Jerry Jeudy would be better plays with Brett Rypien.

27. LAC - Week 11 injury report for LA Chargers

Source: Chargers.com

Los Angeles Chargers LS Cole Mazza (illness) did not practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 20, and is listed as questionable for Week 11 against the New York Jets. QB Tyrod Taylor (ribs) was upgraded to a full practice Friday but is also listed as questionable. DE Joey Bosa (concussion), OT Bryan Bulaga (back), OG Dan Feeney (knee) and CB Casey Hayward (ankle) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Bosa being back this week should improve the Chargers team D/ST outlook for the matchup with the Jets.

28. SF - San Francisco puts three on COVID list

Source: 49ers.com

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk, TE Daniel Helm and OT Trent Williams were placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Nov. 20.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The 49ers covid problem is getting worse, not better, but they have the bye week to have these cases clear up and make their starting left tackle and starting wide receiver available for a last stand game against the Rams.

29. TEN - Tennessee's injury report for Week 11

Source: TennesseeTitans.com

Tennessee Titans DE Jadeveon Clowney (knee), WR Adam Humphries (concussion), CB Adoree' Jackson (knee), DL Larrell Murchison (rib), TE MyCole Pruitt (knee) and OG Rodger Saffold (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens. C Ben Jones (knee) also did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. CB Kareem Orr (groin) did not practice Friday, Nov. 20, and is also listed as questionable. WR Corey Davis (non-injury), DB Chris Jackson (illness), OT Dennis Kelly (knee), RB Senorise Perry (knee), WR A.J. Brown (knee) and S Kenny Vaccaro (neck) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Clowney's inability to stay on the field pops up again as they'll miss him against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens dangerous offense. The left side of the offensive line will be missing both Week 1 starters with Saffold out, but perhaps Jones could play at center to fortify the line after a poor performance against the Colts in Week 10.

30. JAX - Week 11 injury report for Jacksonville

Source: Steelers.com

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) and TE James O'Shaughnessy (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. QB Gardner Minshew (thumb), WR Collin Johnson (hamstring) and CB Sidney Jones (Achilles) did not practice Friday, Nov. 20, and are listed as questionable. TE Tyler Eifert (shoulder, rest), OL Brandon Linder (back), LB Dakota Allen (ankle), RB Devine Ozigbo (hamstring), RB James Robinson (shoulder), OL Cam Robinson (shoulder), DE Joshua Allen (hip) and CB D.J. Hayden (hamstring) practiced in full Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Shenault being out could help the case for Keelan Cole and Chris Conley as desperation plays against the Steelers. Unfortunately his injury prone nature from college has reared its head to sidetrack him this year.

31. NE - New England's injury report for Week 11

Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots LB Ja'Whaun Bentley (groin), DL Adam Butler (shoulder), PK Nick Folk (back), CB Stephon Gilmore (knee), DL Lawrence Guy (shoulder, elbow, knee), LB Terez Hall (shoulder), RB Damien Harris (ankle, chest), TE Ryan Izzo (hamstring, hand), OL Shaq Mason (calf), DE John Simon (elbow), OL Joe Thuney (ankle), DL Deatrich Wise Jr. (knee, hand) and OL Isaiah Wynn (ankle) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable for Week 11 versus the Houston Texans. WR Matthew Slater (knee) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 20, and is also listed as questionable. WR N'Keal Harry (shoulder) was added to the injury report and limited in practice Friday; he is listed as questionable as well.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Gilmore's status is important to Will Fuller and Deshaun Watson's fantasy outlook this week. Harris has a great matchup this week so hopefully he'll play against the Texans. There were no outward indications that he'll miss the game.

32. ATL - WR Calvin Ridley left off injury report

Source: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution - D. Orlando Ledbetter

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley (foot) was limited in practice for a third straight day Friday, Nov. 20, but he was removed from the injury report and is expected to play in Week 11 versus the New Orleans Saints.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ridley has some risk of reinjury as foot issues are tricky, but his upside dictates that he is in lineups for the matchup this week.

33. GB - Allen Lazard a likely game-time decision

Source: The Athletic - Matt Schneidman

Green Bay Packers WR Allen Lazard (core) is expected to be a game-time decision following comments made by head coach Matt LaFleur on Friday, Nov. 20.'Hopefully, he'll be able to go, but I think it'll be more something we'll figure out on Sunday,' LaFleur said.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Even if Lazard plays, he could be eased back in and play only part of the offensive snaps. Don't let this discourage you from playing Marquez Valdes-Scantling if he was looking like one of your better options.
