Kansas City Chiefs DE Charles Omenihu (knee), who is currently on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list, is slated to resume practicing Wednesday, Nov. 20, according to a source. If all goes well, he could be ready to play as soon as Week 12's game versus the Buffalo Bills.

Kansas City Chiefs DE Charles Omenihu (knee) and RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) were limited in practice all week but have been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Buffalo Bills. WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring), DE Mike Danna (pectoral), WR Mecole Hardman (shoulder, toe), WR DeAndre Hopkins (knee), RB Kareem Hunt (knee), DE George Karlaftis (abdomen, ankle), QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle, hip), OT Wanya Morris (knee) and DT Derrick Nnadi (triceps) practiced in full on Friday, Nov. 15, and have been removed from the injury report.
