Detroit Lions DL Alim McNeill agreed to a four-year contract extension on Tuesday, Oct. 15, per his agent. The financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.

Detroit Lions DT Alim McNeill finished with four tackles, two sacks and three quarterback hits in a 47-9 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 6.

Lions' final Week 4 injury report

Detroit Lions C Frank Ragnow (pectoral) did not practice on Saturday, Sept. 28, and was ruled out for Week 4. Also, CB Ennis Rakestraw Jr. (hamstring) practiced in full but is questionable and DB Brian Branch (concussion), LS Hogan Hatten (shoulder), TE Sam LaPorta (ankle), DL Alim McNeill (shoulder), DL Levi Onwuzurike (knee) and OT Dan Skipper (ribs) practiced in full and carry no designation.
