Looking to dominate your office pool this season? 19 Footballguys.com staff members are here to help you out. Each week they will pick the winners of every NFL game, and rank their selections based on how confident they are that the team will win. The most confident pick gets 16 points, and the least confident gets just 1. We'll even total up everyone's picks so you can get an 'overall consensus' on who our staff think will be the most likely winners. Each week we'll announce the weekly winners, and track the overall record for the entire season. A couple of things to note before we get to the picks:
- Picks for this pool are straight up (no point spread considered).
- Picks are due on Wednesday nights, and may not reflect late-breaking news. If your league allows for last minute changes, please make adjustments to your office pool accordingly.

A lower total (E.G. 90 for WAS-PHI) indicates that the staff is less confident in the game as a whole, and the majoArity of the staff did not risk a lot of points on this game either way.
HEAVY FAVORITES
The Patriots open the season for us tonight and they also top the chart this week as the pick that everyone loves and has the most confidence in. The Rams were the only other team to be a unaminous choice to win this week, but at nearly half the confidence of the Patriots tonight. Pittsburgh, Houston, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Buffalo, Green Bay, Carolina, Dallas, Minnesota and Denver are also heavily favored to win their respective contests this week.
DUAL SUPPORT
The Philadelphia - Washington game looks to be the toughest this week, with only 90 total confidence points and Washington having a slight edge as the home team. Oakland and Tennessee is essentiall a 'pick em' for our staff with the Raiders having a very slight edge on the road. Arizona is on the road against the Lions, but they are still a slight favorite to win this game as well.
ODDS AND ENDS
This week due to the Miami - Tampa Bay game being postponed, the maxiumum amount that anyone can get is 120 confidence points for the first week.
