Each week they will pick the winners of every NFL game, and rank their selections based on how confident they are that the team will win. The most confident pick gets 16 points, and the least confident gets just 1. We'll even total up everyone's picks so you can get an 'overall consensus' on who our staff think will be the most likely winners. Each week we'll announce the weekly winners, and track the overall record for the entire season. A couple of things to note before we get to the picks:
- Picks for this pool are straight up (no point spread considered).
- Picks are due on Wednesday nights, and may not reflect late-breaking news. If your league allows for last minute changes, please make adjustments to your office pool accordingly.

RESULTS FROM LAST WEEK
Chris Feery went into the Monday night game wwith this week's contest wrapped up. He was hoping to extend his lead with a Vikings win since the entire board had the Vikings as their winner, but the Bears pulled out the victory. It didn't matter for Feery, but it allowed Matt Bitonti to hold on to second. Feery and Bitonti both missed the same four games, but Feery had the better confidence pool allocations, giving him the win.

Washington and Cincinnati tied, taking down everyone on the board to start off the Sunday contests. But aside from the Saints upset of Seattle, the rest of Sunday went about as expected. The Bears were a big upset as well, but as we mentioned above, it didn't matter with this week's contest.
OVERALL RANKINGS
Larkin's lead was just 20 points two weeks ago. With his win last week it climbed to 35 and with Brimacombe's terrible week, Wimer climbed back into 2nd, but Larkin's win extends to 47 now. We have a couple more weeks of byes, so Larkin looks to lead looks safe for a couple more weeks.

HEAVY FAVORITES
The Falcons are a pretty heavy favorite to win tonight's game, but Tampa has a couple staffers who think they can pull it out. Dallas is the only unanimous choice this week as they travel to Cleveland. The Saints were close, but Hicks put a point on the 49ers. Miami, Minnesota, Kansas City, Carolina, Green Bay and Seattle are all strong favorites for this week.
DUAL SUPPORT
The Giants are a strong favorite over the Eagles this week, but there were just 58 total confidence points wagered on that contest. Denver at Oakland is the closest game from a point spread point of view, with the Raiders being a slight favorite.
ODDS AND ENDS
Another week with six teams on a bye means another week with a maximum of just 91 points.
