When I look at matchups for this week, these are the matchups that look MOST FAVORABLE from a tackling perspective (with some notes if the matchup is particularly unfavorable for run vs pass):
- CLEVELAND (at Pittsburgh) – Steelers offense generates 54.6 tackle opps/game (33 rush/19 pass)
- GREEN BAY (at Detroit) – Lions offense generates 54.4 tackle opps/game (31 rush/21 pass)
- CAROLINA (at Philadelphia) – Eagles offense generates 54.3 tackle opps/game (34 rush/17 pass)
- LA CHARGERS (at Kansas City) – Chiefs offense generates 53.3 tackle opps/game (26 rush/24 pass)
- NY JETS (at Miami) – Dolphins offense generates 53.3 tackle opps/game (27 rush/23.5 pass)
- LAS VEGAS (at Tampa Bay) – Buccaneers offense generates 52.7 tackle opps/game (26 rush/24 pass)
In contrast, these matchups look LEAST FAVORABLE from a tackling perspective (with some notes if the matchup is particularly unfavorable for run vs pass):
