IDP streaming is essential for staying competitive in your leagues. Streaming involves analyzing weekly matchups and playing different players with the best potential outcomes each week. This edition will examine the top IDP streaming IDL and EDGE options.
Even though the matchups were excellent, Derick Hall was the only hit in Week 17. We are now in the final week of the NFL season. If you are playing, you are definitely in the championship. Week 18 can be tricky to navigate; some teams with clinched playoff seeds will be sitting their top players. This is the week to find those teams still fighting for the playoffs or teams already out with nothing to lose. Here are the top IDP streaming matchups for Week 18.
IDP Streaming Option: IDL Karl Brooks, Green Bay Packers
Matchup: Chicago Bears - Ranked 29th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Brooks is a key rotational player for the Packers defensive line. Though he is a backup for Devonte Wyatt and Kenny Clark, Brooks still has managed to play 41% of the team's defensive snaps. He has produced 20 tackles, three-and-a-half sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and two passes defended on the season. Brooks also has two sacks in his last three games.

The Packers have clinched a playoff birth, and their seeding can not change. It may be best to sit their starters in Week 18 and let the backups fire it up.
If this is the case, Brooks gets a fire matchup against one of the league's worst offensive lines: the Chicago Bears. Every week, the Bears provide excellent IDP streaming options for their opposition. The Bears have allowed 67 sacks on the season, which is easily the most in the NFL. If Brooks gets the start, he will be a near-elite option. Even if the Packers deploy their starters, Brooks is an intriguing IDP streaming option for Week 18.
IDP Steaming Option: IDL Emmanuel Ogbah, Miami Dolphins
Matchup: New York Jets - Ranked 25th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Ogbah has been steady for the Dolphins, who have suffered significant injuries across their defensive line this season. In his age 31 season, he has accrued 46 tackles, four-and-a-half sacks, one forced fumble, one interception, and two passes defended. Though the chances are slim, the Dolphins are clinging to hopes of securing the final playoff spot in the AFC.
The matchup is not ideal. The Jets have allowed 37 sacks on the season, which is the middle of the pack (17th most). They did lose starting left tackle Olu Fashanu. That makes the offensive line significantly weaker. Ogbah often lines up on the right side of the defense. With Ogbah playing on the edge for a handful of snaps per game, he finds the potential to match up with a backup tackle. All of this makes Ogbah an intense Week 18 IDP steaming option.
