A great source for evaluating players is comparing a player’s dynasty valuation with the redraft market. To do this, you compared their Dynasty valuation with their best ball ADP. Players with higher dynasty valuations than best ball ADPs are overvalued in the near term, while players with higher best ball ADPs than dynasty values are undervalued. This is particularly true later in dynasty drafts when longevity is less of a concern. This article focuses on wide receivers who are undervalued in Dynasty.

The receivers below are good targets for win-now Dynasty teams.
Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers
Best Ball WR21 – Dynasty WR44
Mike Williams played in only 13 games in 2023 but produced 1.93 yards per route run in 2022 and produced 13.6 points per game, which was WR23 in points per game. Williams will be 29 years old in October and only has one season with more than 93 targets in his career. In his six seasons, Williams has played 84 of 98 possible career games. But has only managed more than 900 yards twice and only caught more than five touchdowns twice in his career. Of the undervalued players, Williams is one of the worst bangs for the buck.
Calvin Ridley, Jacksonville Jaguars
Best Ball WR16 – Dynasty WR34
Calvin Ridley is in the final year of his rookie contract and will turn 29 in December. He missed extensive time in 2021 because of personal issues, then was suspended for the 2022 season because he gambled on NFL games. Atlanta then traded Ridley to Jacksonville for a 2023 fifth-round pick and a conditional pick that could end up being a 2024 second-rounder. Ridley was drafted in the 2018 draft class and only has more than 93 targets once in his career, his breakout 2020 season. Ridley should have a full offseason to integrate, and the best ball ADP of WR19 is bullish on his prospects. Our consensus rankings have him at WR23, behind his teammate Christian Kirk at WR21, but well ahead of his dynasty WR34 valuation.
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers
Best Ball WR23 – Dynasty WR39
Keenan Allen is WR23 in Best Ball ADP and WR39 in dynasty valuations, while our consensus projections are even more bullish, projecting Allen as WR16 for 2023. Allen averaged 16.8 points per game, good for 11th in PPG ranking in 2022, but was held to only 10 games in 2022 because of injury. Allen and Williams each ranked in the top 20 of routes run per game in 2022, and we project the Chargers to finish second in the league in passing attempts (39.8 per game), creating a very high floor and ceiling combination for Allen. Our consensus projections have Allen as WR16, the second biggest difference between our projections and dynasty valuations among wide receivers in the top 50 of dynasty valuations behind only Tyler Lockett.
