Week 17 Props
Jarrett Stidham Over 194.5 Passing Yards
The backup quarterback models for props have been far too low this season. We’ve seen it where guys like Joe Flacco came into his first start with a sub-200 yard prop, Will Levis crushed his prop in his first start, and this is another one where Jarrett Stidham is likely to go over 194.5 passing yards this week. Stidham has made two starts in his NFL career throwing for 365 yards against the 2022 league-best 49ers defense, and 219 yards against the Chiefs. He’s facing the Chargers who while they have been better against the pass as of late, are still allowing the second-most passing yards per game on the year with 279. Only Bailey Zappe and Lamar Jackson have been under the 194.5 yard mark against Los Angeles, all other teams have topped that mark.
Patrick Mahomes II Over 269.5 Passing Yards
The Bengals defense is in complete disarray, and this is the perfect get right spot for the Chiefs this week. Over the last five games, Kenny Pickett, Nick Mullens, Mason Rudolph, and the combination of Trevor Lawrence/C.J. Beathard have all thrown for 275 yards or more. Needless to say, Kansas City even with their struggles is in a different tier of passing attack compared to those offenses. Dax Hill is amongst the league’s worst coverage safeties, and the Bengals have allowed the most yards to opposing tight ends this season.
