Derrick Henry Over 78.5 Rushing Yards
The Sportsbooks are factoring in a long standing success that the Saints have had against opposing running backs dating back to 2018. However, last season we started to see this defense crack, as they allowed 104 yards rushing on the season and 114 in the second half of the year. This is a situation in which the defense has actually gotten worse, as they lose two of their three best defensive lineman in David Onyemata and Marcus Davenport, while Cameron Jordan is 34 years old and on the back half of his career. The Saints have great linebackers in Pete Werner and Demario Davis, but Davis is also 34 years old, and will be the oldest middle linebacker in the NFL this season. Henry still has a burst as evidenced by his 1,500 yards that we saw last season, and should very easily top this 78.5 yard number as the Titans look to compete on the back of their best offensive player.
