Week 3 brought us another mixed bag of streaming results. Preston Smith was virtually non-existent in the box score in a game where Rashaan Gary had three sacks, though he saw plenty of time on the field. Mike Danna continued his hot start by dropping three tackles and another sack. K'Lavon Chaisson was a huge reach to be a sleeper, and he was in fact just that...a reach. At IDL, Ed Oliver was a smash with four tackles and a sack and a half, but Arik Armstead was a dud. Dalvin Tomlinson was just as bad.
We had two big hits streaming, two misses, and the sleepers unfortunately missed as well. There are some great matchups to attack in Week 4, though. This week may see some unexpected names on waivers that you could scoop and have a great week with. Here are the top IDL and Edge streaming matchups for Week 4.
IDL and Edge Streaming Options
Edge, Haason Reddick, Philadelphia Eagles
Matchup: Washington Commanders - Ranked 31st is Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Trust me, I have noticed that Reddick has gotten off to an atrocious start. Here is the thing, though. We all know the talent is there. He has shown it for multiple seasons now and is not a fluke. Due to his lack of production this year, Reddick may have been dropped in redraft leagues. This is good news because the matchup he has in Week 4 is one that could spark his 2023 season.
Reddick gets to face off against the Commanders, who have given up an astounding 19 sacks in three games. The Eagles pass rush is also the best pass rush that they have faced, so things are not going to get any better. Week 4 should be the week that Reddick gets right and could explode.
Edge, Travon Walker, Jacksonville Jaguars
Matchup: Atlanta Falcons - Ranked 7th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Considering his draft capital, Walker has been a disappointment. Still, he is worth a start in good matchups. He has been quietly productive this season with 12 tackles and a sack. Though his pass-rushing prowess has yet to truly show its face, Walker is a strong run defender. That bodes well for his week 4 floor.
Walker faces the run-heavy Falcons. They showcase two strong running backs in Tyler Allgeier and Bijan Robinson, as well as a mobile quarterback in Desmond Ridder. Add the fact that the Falcons' offensive line has tied for the 4th amount of sacks allowed in the league with 12. Walker has a chance for a big game.
IDL, B.J. Hill, Cincinnati Bengals
Matchup: Tennessee Titans - Ranked 32nd in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
B.J. Hill has been the best version of himself over the past two years, even though he is aging. Over that span, he has 83 pressures and eight sacks, in addition to his 119 tackles. This season does not look like he is slowing down. His pass rushing has been solid, with a 71.6 pass-rush grade per PFF, and he has eight tackles with two sacks on the season. He gets a fantastic matchup against the Titans in Week 4.
The Titans are ranked last in Matt Bitonti's rankings, as noted above. They have given up the second most sacks in the league with 13. They also pound the rock with a strong run game. Hill has the potential to live in the backfield and should rack up some great interior numbers.
