The appeal of playing dynasty fantasy football is that you never stop building your rosters. There is always time to make moves to help build a contender or rebuild your struggling roster. Now that the 2023 class has come and gone, it's time to start looking ahead to the 2024 class. This season, we will provide fantasy managers with a top-36 big board that will be updated weekly to reflect the top 36 draft-eligible players in college football. The hope is that this big board will give you actual names and value to any draft picks you are trying to trade or acquire. I will also add dynasty content to this article, including players to pivot to or away from, dynasty stashes, dynasty trades, and much more.
Standout Performances
QB Bo Nix (Sr - Oregon): 6-foot-2, 217 lbs
Nix got revenge this weekend against rival Oregon State. After suffering a bad loss in 2022, Nix completed 33 of his 40 pass attempts for 367 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. He also showed his rushing upside, adding 31 yards and another touchdown on the ground as his Oregon Ducks rolled to a 31-7 victory over the Oregon State Beavers. He is on the shortlist for the Heisman trophy and has a massive game this week against Washington for the Pac-12 championship and possibly a trip to the college football playoff. While his college football accomplishments over the past two years have been incredible, the real question is what his pro prospects will be. Some have him ranked as high as a top-5 draft pick, while others currently have a day-two draft grade. The battle for QB3 of this class is going to be fierce, and there is a possibility Nix can play his way into that spot. He'll need to finish the season strong to give himself the momentum required heading into the draft process.

QB Quinn Ewers (RS SO - Texas) 6-foot-2, 195 lbs
One of the biggest will-he-go-or-will-he-stay decisions of the 2023 season will come from Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers. There are rumors that he will return for his senior season in Austin, but if he plays well and Texas earns a college football playoff bid, Ewers could be persuaded to leave. As I mentioned with Bo Nix, the QB3 is wide open in this class, and Ewers could realize the best decision he can make is to enter this year's draft class. When healthy, Ewers has been elite this season, completing 196 of 279 passes (70.3 percent) for 2,709 yards and 17 touchdowns, with five interceptions in 11 games. He has improved from his first true season in 2022, and NFL teams will fall in love with his skills. The truth is his play in the Big 12 title game and possibly the playoff will tell us everything we need to know regarding his decision.

WR Jermaine Burton (Sr - Alabama): 6-foot-0, 194 lbs
Burton transferred to Alabama last season, and many expected the former Georgia Bulldog to ascend to new heights at Alabama. Unfortunately, he had a down 2022 season but has come on as of late. This season, he has 33 receptions for 749 yards and seven touchdowns. He has also proven to be a big play threat with a 20.6 ADOT and averaging 22.7 yards per reception. However, Burton's best trait is his toughness and ability to make every catch he needs in traffic. He is just one of those prospects that, if he finds his way onto a roster in the NFL, he'll make catches every Sunday.
If you like Marvin Mims's play style but didn't want to pay 2nd round rookie pick cost, I've got good news for you

Jermaine Burton will be a 3rd or 4th round pick in rookie drafts that I'm going to find myself drafting a lot.

RB Kendall Milton (Sr - Georgia): 6-foot-1, 220 lbs
Milton will always be a fan favorite of mine and fellow Footballguys analyst Christian WIlliams. Injuries have unfortunately stopped Milton from playing a full season his entire career as a Bulldog. Still, he ran for a career-high 156 yards and two touchdowns as top-ranked Georgia beat rival Georgia Tech 31-23 Saturday night. When healthy, there are not many backs in the country that are better than Milton. He has excellent foot speed and explosiveness at the line of scrimmage. Pair that with his strength and ability to break tackles, and Milton is a complete back. He also has an upside as a receiver. He was split out wide multiple times in high school and has excellent hands. If NFL teams are looking for a north/south runner who can get you tough yards, Milton is that guy. His biggest issue will be the medicals and whether or not he can maintain health for an entire season. He does have NFL potential, though, and he's a sleeper that you should watch throughout the NFL draft process.

2024 Draft Pick Values
With the NFL season starting, dynasty leagues are increasingly active, which means more trades are undoubtedly occurring. The whole point of this big board each week is to help you identify where the talent in the current class is and start identifying target areas and tiers to trade for. It's also important to understand market values and what 2024 picks cost in the dynasty market. Below, you will find players currently being moved for 2024 1sts and 2024 2nds.
