Justin Fields Under 62.5 Rushing Yards
This is a trap line as over the last four weeks, Fields has rushed for 88, 82, 60, and 178 last week. Everyone is going to look at this and see the 178 yards that Fields ran for last week and want to bet the over given the expectation that the Lions defense is bad. The Lions’ defense is bad, but this may not help Fields as much as we think as it should also help his passing game as well as David Montgomery and Khalil Herbert. With that said, the Bears are still trying to develop a quarterback, so they’re going to take an approach to develop him and the passing game when they can. This could very easily be a game in which Fields stays more in the pocket, hands the ball off to Montgomery/Herbert and the Lions fully commit to stopping Fields’ rushing ability.
