Linebackers
Kyler Fackrell (NYG): In big play leagues, Fackrell could serve as a solid backup linebacker option. He's provided the Giants with some pass-rush presence to go along with Lorenzo Carter. Fackrell's snap counts have been varied, but he's proven to be a capable tackler and has a couple of sacks this season as well. Again, he's probably only an option in big play leagues (he has seven tackles for loss already this season) or in deeper leagues. Owners in other leagues should have him on their radars, though, as the Giants are desperate for defenders that make big plays.
Reggie Ragland (DET): Owners perhaps looking for a cheap source of tackles might look to Ragland in a pinch. The 27-year-old, who is purely a 2-down run-thumper, has yet to fully realize his potential for an NFL team. With Jarrad Davis apparently falling out of favor in Detroit (his snap counts are way down the past two weeks), Ragland could find himself with the opportunity to rack up a good amount of tackles for the remainder of the season and could be a nice sleeper going into 2021 with Davis being under club option. Jahlani Tavai is still lurking about, but for now, Ragland looks like a decent stash.
Kenny Young (LAR): Young was brought back out west (he was a Bruin at UCLA) from Baltimore in the off-season, and was a leading candidate to replace Cory Littleton who departed to Vegas. Micah Kiser ended up snatching the role up and has been great thus far, but is now currently nursing a groin injury, which could be quite debilitating to a defender that relies on sideline-to-sideline pursuit. Young will likely see himself in Kiser's role for at least a week. Would Kiser lose his job once he's healthy? Probably not, but best be on the front end of adds like this in dynasty formats. That said, Young's been nursing a knee injury but all signs point to him getting Kiser's snaps. Stash him on your DTS for a couple of weeks just in case.
Defensive Linemen
Morgan Fox (DE - LAR): Sounding more like the lead female singer for an 80's band, Fox's latest run has likely meant more snaps for the undrafted veteran hailing from the college powerhouse Colorado State at Pueblo. Fox is the third, rotational pass rusher behind the incredible Aaron Donald and Michael Brockers, who will soon be 30 and is in his final contract year with the Rams. Should Brockers (or Donald for that matter) miss any time due to injury, Fox's snaps could see a sizable jump. And looking forward to 2021 in a thin position, Fox is certainly worth a stash.
Deatrich Wise, Jr. (DE - NEP): Wise has seen an increase in his snaps, and the production followed suit. He's accrued six solos in the past couple of weeks and if your league is letting you grab free agents off the wire, he could be a solid plug-and-play against the Broncos, who are allowing over 3 sacks per game. Relying on Patriot linemen is a tricky prospect, though, so know that you probably won't start Wise every week. In a pinch or if you're bitten by the bye week bug, sure.
P.J. Hall (DT - HOU): With D.J. Reader in Cincinnati, Hall has found himself with a regular role plugging up the middle in the Houston front. Owners that are in leagues that must start a DT could look to Hall as a solid bye week filler, as it looks like he provides decent tackle numbers for the position, and last week showed the ability to get to the quarterback.
Defensive Backs
CreVon LeBlanc (CB - PHI): Even with Jalen Mills back at a corner spot, LeBlanc has been getting enough snaps to produce solid numbers for Philly, whose secondary has been in complete disarray. LeBlanc was actually released by the team back in September but look at the last couple of games: 10 solos and a sack. Obviously, this position is super deep, so perhaps he's not worth grabbing right away, but when a secondary is in flux like this, the dust could settle and LeBlanc could have a more regular role and thus more consistent production.
Mike Hilton (CB - PIT): Hilton is likely rostered (and a weekly starter) in leagues that must start CB, but in leagues that combine the secondary positions, you might find him on your wire. This guy has been fantasy gold in 2020 and has a string of games upcoming that could allow him to produce outstanding numbers. He's just 26 years of age and despite being the team's third corner, has been fantastic thus far and should continue to produce.
Ryan Neal (S - SEA): With Jamal Adams shelved, Neal produced some solid numbers Week 4. Adams hasn't even started running yet after his groin injury, so it stands to reason Neal would be the starter again this week with Seattle on bye next week, allowing Adams to fully heal. Neal would go back to the bench at that point but could be a nice taxi squad piece.
