With no overt standout Vegas totals in Week 15, which game is a sneaky shootout? Where is the stack or player who stands to benefit the most if correct?

The Rams are a weird team, defensively. They allowed 4+ touchdown passes to Jameis Winston, Russell Wilson, and Lamar Jackson. But have been unstoppable otherwise, allowing 1 or fewer passing touchdowns in ten games. That probably will have people off Dak Prescott, but I think Dak is more likely to join the Winston/Wilson/Jackson tier than being shut down. This is a must-win game for Dallas and, even though it's been a struggle, I genuinely think they're demonstrably better offensively than we've seen lately. I'm going to stack Prescott with Gallup/Witten in lots of spots. And will have some Prescott/Elliott super-stacks in GPPs.
Jameis Winston's thumb injury hopefully keeps his ownership artificially low, because otherwise, he should be chalk this week. The Lions secondary has been torched plenty of times this year including 4-touchdown games from Daniel Jones and Kirk Cousins, and 3-touchdown games from Mitchell Trubisky (twice!) and Dak Prescott. With Mike Evans done for the year, Winston/Godwin stacks are going to be a lot of fun down the stretch.

I'm going off the board here and picking Cleveland at Arizona for sneaky shootout potential. Kyler Murray has struggled recently in difficult matchups against the Steelers and Rams, but he's only two weeks removed from a three-game stretch in which he averaged 26.7 DraftKings points per game.
The Browns have been a neutral passing matchup, but their previous four opponents were Andy Dalton, Devlin Hodges, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Mason Rudolph. They've also had difficulty defending dual-threat quarterbacks on the ground this season, including Lamar Jackson (9-66-0), Russell Wilson (9-31-1), and Brandon Allen (6-28-2), not to mention Rudolph's improbable 5-45-1 rushing performance against Cleveland in Week 11.
Arizona's offense can be stacked inexpensively using Murray and Christian Kirk. There are plenty of viable run-back options on Cleveland, including Jarvis Landry, Odell Beckham, Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, and even David Njoku (given Arizona's historic troubles defending enemy tight ends). Pairing Baker Mayfield with Hunt and one of the Browns wide receivers, along with Kirk, is another unique way to stack this game in tournaments.

Browns-Cardinals - I like this game the best this week as far as DFS goes as I think it will be a fast-paced back and forth type of game. There are plenty of ways to stack these passing offenses as you have Mayfield, Landry, Beckham on one side of the passing attack and Murray, Kirk, and Fitzgerald on the other side. The only worry or hesitation would be the Browns running game where both Chubb and Hunt could possible slow the game down. My favorite stacks in this one are Mayfield with Landry and running it back with Kirk on the other side or inserting Murray over Mayfield as well.
Rams-Cowboys - The Cowboys are in a desperation state and I like the idea of going all in on Ezekiel Elliott this week as they will look to have a better game plan with controlling the clock and a 25+ touch game is not out of the question. I don't mind the Rams passing attack in this one with Goff, Kupp and Woods.

Texans-Titans - I have zero faith in the Houston defense to stop anyone and a shootout is more likely than not in the coming games for the Texans. The Titans have surged on offense thanks to career-high level play from Ryan Tannehill and the emergence of rookie A.J. Brown. I would start with Tannehill-Brown as a stack this week within the lineup portfolio and have one Tannehill-Corey Davis version for tournaments as a sparsely-used variety.
