• Kenyan Drake was a workhorse in Arizona with no David Johnson or Chase Edmonds. David Johnson is projected to return in Week 10. If he does, is Johnson a strong play? Is Drake? Neither considering the matchup against Tampa Bay?

Hoyer is an experienced veteran and played well in Brissett's stead last week. But we've seen enough from Hoyer to know he's got more bad games than good games left in his quiver. I think Pascal is a great play, but not as a stack. Assuming T.Y. Hilton is out, of course. Marlon Mack and the Colts defense is my preferred way to play the Colts this week, but throwing Pascal into a lineup with them is fine.

DeVante Parker is worth considering in both cash and GPP builds this week. With Williams done, Parker will be targeted in any game script, and the volume will be enough to generate a positive return. I wouldn't touch anyone else on the roster.

As long as Singletary is healthy, he is going to be the Bills offensive engine. He can run inside and out and is a capable receiver. Josh Allen's style of play is perfectly suited for a multi-purpose running back. It's a match made in heaven.

Hoyer is only $200 less than Matt Ryan on DraftKings, so there aren't many reasons to play him outside of trying to pick on the Dolphins defense in large-field tournaments. Pascal is interesting though. He's balled out for a combined 11 catches, 182 yards, and three touchdowns in the two games T.Y. Hilton has missed this year and has the big-play athleticism we should be looking for in GPPs.

Ballage is the only Dolphins running back we can safely project for a role at this point. For $3,800 (DraftKings), he's worth 5-7% max exposure in your GPP portfolio. But this guy is not good and neither is his setup for offensive production as a member of the Dolphins.

Williams leaves behind 21% of the Dolphins' targets and 30% of their air yards. His absence solidifies Parker as a player who should be on our minds every week as long he remains affordably priced. The other receivers in Miami are a bit of a guessing game, but Hurns seems the most likely to move outside into Williams' role and is worth a poke at the site-minimum (DraftKings). The correct answer here is probably tight end, Mike Gesicki.

Random might not be the right word, but last week's game script couldn't have gone any better for Singletary. I don't trust this week's spot nearly as much for the Bills, who go on the road to face a desperate Cleveland team. Singletary's flashy Week 9 box score and affordable price tag could conspire to make him bad chalk.

Colts -- The only Colts that I want to roster this week in DFS are Marlon Mack and the Colts defense. If it is a banged-up Brissett or a healthy Hoyer under center I feel like the one storyline that I can stick with is the Colts just looking to play keep away and clock management and grabbing an early lead and never looking back. It all starts with Mack leading the game plan in this one and for the Colts defense to take over in the second half once the game gets out of hand.

Dolphins – It is a big avoid for me on any Dolphins player moving forward. Preston Williams was a nice play the last few weeks as he looked like the best player on the team. The talent on this team is so thin right now and no one can be trusted moving forward. It is hard to see a game script where the running backs on the Dolphins would actually give you value as it might be a game where the Colts jump out in front and never look back, forcing the Dolphins to pass the ball.
