With Kalen Ballage mercifully placed on Injured Reserve, Laird's main competition for touches will come from newly-signed journeyman Zach Zenner. There may not be a running back on planet earth who can run effectively behind Miami's offensive line, but at least Laird is a skilled pass-catcher who has already proven capable of solid PPR production in recent weeks. Laird's low price makes him an attractive cash game option and he only needs to fall into the end zone to pay off in GPPs.
A.J. Brown
Tennessee at Oakland has the makings of a sneaky shootout (over/under 47.5) and Brown has a clear talent advantage over Raiders cornerback Trayvon Mullen, who has allowed more yards per snap in coverage than any other cornerback expected to be active this week.

If Greg Olsen misses Week 14, Ian Thomas is an interesting dart throw option at the minimum price on both FanDuel ($4,000) and DraftKings ($2,500). He caught four passes after Olsen left last week. The matchup isn’t great against Atlanta but the starting tight end in Carolina with Norv Turner as the offensive coordinator is typically a solid bet to see volume regardless of the matchup.

I'm vexed by Tevin Coleman. He returns from injury and scores a season's worth of touchdowns in a single game. Then, he's relegated back to a committee role and outsnapped by the likes of Raheem Moster of late. I still think Coleman is the best of the 49ers backfield and Kyle Shanahan is a rational coach. Coleman could be fantastic down the stretch, unless he's hurt and they're playing his injuries close to the vest.

Assuming Marquise Brown makes it through the week of practice, he's my favorite stack this week with Lamar Jackson. Brown's price is low enough to offset Jackon's high price without sacrificing upside.

Marquise Brown is not playing effective football right now, with just 146 yards on 17 targets over the past 4 weeks. But for those entering many GPP lineups, he deserves weekly exposure simply as a stacking partner with Lamar Jackson. Brown hasn’t been producing of late, but is used all over the field and has been schemed into the end zone three times over that span.
