A crown jewel of our content at Footballguys is the long-running podcast series, The Audible. From waiver wire discussions and weekly previews during the season to the offseason beat writer tour to the headlining two hour live show on Thursday nights, Cecil Lammey and Sigmund Bloom and Matt Waldman have built the best podcast brand in the industry.
One of my favorite episodes every week is the "On the Couch" show. Bloom does a fantastic job of interviewing the very best minds in the fantasy football industry and moderating an hour of tremendous discussion. Earlier this week, I was privileged to join Bloom and Bleacher Report's lead sports medicine writer, Will Carroll (a must follow on Twitter @injuryexpert) On the Couch. Will has been a valued colleague and mentor of mine for some time now and it was great fun to join him on the show.
We had a spirited and wide-ranging discussion on the prospects of Rob Gronkowski, Michael Crabtree, Robert Griffin III III and many other players with injury questions leading into training camp, why players choose the same surgeon to fix their injuries, what's really behind the injury prone label, the NFL's pressing concerns with head injuries and lots more.
Even if podcasts aren't your favorite form of content, this one is worth a listen if you're interested in injury discussion.
