1. SEA - S Kam Chancellor Era Expected To Be Over

Source: NFL.com - Ian Rapoport

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported, "Kam Chancellor tweets that he's played his last football game. Word was he's been down around 200 pounds or so and this has been coming. Still, end of an era."

This isn't a shock but still significant for this Seahawk team. We hope to have more details on this soon but it looks like the Kam Chancellor era is over. There could be further cap implications as there's a difference between retiring and not being medically cleared to play. Stay tuned.

2. TEN - WR Dez Bryant unlikely an option for TEN

Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt

Free-agent WR Dez Bryant (Cowboys) does not appear to be a target for the Tennessee Titans, in the opinion of TitansOnline.com's Jim Wyatt.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Titans have Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor on the rise, and may not want to slow down their growth on the field to add Bryant's questionable value at this point in his career - especially in new offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur's system.

3. NYJ - RB Thomas Rawls' roster status in question

Source: NJ.com - Darryl Slater

New York Jets RB Thomas Rawls is not a lock to make the final roster, according to Darryl Slater of NJ.com.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Jets have a trio of backs they like in free agent pickup Isaiah Crowell, Bilal Powell, and Elijah McGuire, and they also drafted Trenton Cannon in the sixth round. Cannon can return kicks and that means Rawls will have to show he can recapture his rookie form to win a roster spot. He has no guaranteed money on his one year, 705,000 dollar contract.

4. KC - Patrick Mahomes gaining support

Source: NFL.com - Bucky Brooks

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is a 'complete player,' according to free-agent LB Tamba Hali (Chiefs). 'He can throw the ball,' Hali said. 'Athletically, he's gifted. You don't have to coach it. In practice, I'd watch him just look guys off.'

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Chiefs offense lost Alex Smith, but it's possible that Mahomes actually increases the deep ball production despite Smith breaking through as a downfield passer last year. Mahomes has more upside than his current ranking indicates, and he could increase the productivity of the entire Chiefs offense, although he comes with the risk of inexperience.

5. WAS - Washington scouts three prospects

Source: ESPN.com - John Keim

The Washington Redskins attended the Pro Days of Western Michigan CB Sam Beal, Virginia Tech CB Adonis Alexander and Mississippi State S Brandon Bryant.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Josh Norman might be reaching the end of his viability at such a high price tag in Washington's eyes, so it makes sense to take a longer look at this group.

6. CIN - Cincy looking at two draft prospects

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Jim Owczarski

The Cincinnati Bengals have scouted Western Michigan CB Sam Beal and Virginia Tech CB Adonis Alexander leading up to the supplemental draft.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Beal could go as high as the third round and Alexander has the length some teams covet at corner. Cincinnati has done a good job restocking their secondary through the draft, but at a high cost, three first-round picks in recent years, and this duo will come a supplemental draft discount.

7. CIN - CB Darqueze Dennard not worried about contract

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Jim Owczarski

Cincinnati Bengals CB Darqueze Dennard said he is focusing on playing football and is not worried about entering the final year of his current contract.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Bengals have William Jackson and Dre Kirkpatrick outside, so Dennard could find more money elsewhere. He'll hold down the slot for Cincinnati in their underrated defense.

8. NYJ - WR Devin Smith, WR Charone Peake on the bubble

Source: NJ.com - Darryl Slater

New York Jets WRs Devin Smith and Charone Peake appear to be facing long odds to make the final roster, according to Darryl Slater of NJ.com.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Jets spent draft picks on both, but Smith suffered multiple serious knee injuries and Peake hasn't distinguished himself. The roster is crowded with receivers and both have an uphill battle to make it.

9. DET - Frank Ragnow likely to play left guard

Source: MLive.com - Nate Atkins

Detroit Lions OG/C Frank Ragnow appears likely to be the team's starting left guard, although he is still capable of playing center, according to Nate Atkins of MLive.com.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Lions offensive line should be improved this year with the return of a fully healthy Taylor Decker and addition of Ragnow. The running game in particular will get a lift, which makes LeGarrette Blount and Kerryon Johnson worth more consideration in drafts.

10. LAC - Derwin James showing upside

Source: ESPN.com - Eric D. Williams

Los Angeles Chargers SS Derwin James has had an 'outstanding spring,' according to head coach Anthony Lynn.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Chargers had James fall into their laps, as his versatility should be easy to take advantage of with their strong set of corners and edge rushers. He should have as many big plays as any defensive rookie and should be a target late in IDP redraft leagues.

11. LAR - ILB Mark Barron to return during camp

Source: RamsWire - Cameron DaSilva

Los Angeles Rams LB Mark Barron (shoulder) will return to the field at some point during training camp, according to head coach Sean McVay.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Rams have a hole at inside linebacker beside Barron after they traded Alec Ogletree to the Giants earlier in the offseason. Barron's health will be important, although the Rams ILBs jobs will be made easier by the best defensive line in the league playing in front of them.

12. BAL - Tim White frontrunner for return job

Source: BaltimoreRavens.com - Ryan Mink

Baltimore Ravens WR Tim White remains the lead candidate to be the starting kick and punt returner in 2018, according to special teams coordinator Jerry Rosburg.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

White was building buzz last summer before hurting his hand and could force the Ravens to carry seven receivers if he repeats his performance this year. He's one to track in return yardage leagues.
