Howdy Folks,

Good Saturday to you. We've got some News and Notes so let's get to it.

1. NO - WR Dez Bryant may have torn Achilles'

Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Josh Alper

New Orleans Saints WR Dez Bryant (Achilles') suffered an injury in practice Friday, Nov. 9, that we acquired him to be helped off the field. Bryant is expected to undergo an MRI soon, but the team fears Bryant may have suffered an Achilles' tear.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The team is usually right when they fear this kind of injury, so we can drop Bryant. His 2018 is likely over before it started. Tre'Quan Smith should be added if he was dropped on the Bryant signing news.

2. BAL - QB Joe Flacco could be sidelined with hip injury

Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) suffered a hip injury in Week 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers that has put his status 'in question' for Week 11 versus the Cincinnati Bengals.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's not 100% that Lamar Jackson would be the starter according to reports, but it is 100% that he should be picked up in all leagues. We haven't seen a quarterback with his running ability since Michael Vick and the Ravens face a lineup of weak pass defenses after the bye. The team could choose to shelve Flacco in an attempt to get a headstart on the future with the Steelers asserting control over the division in recent weeks.

3. SEA - RB Chris Carson likely a game-time decision

Source: ESPN.com - Brady Henderson

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (hip) has yet to practice this week and will likely be a game-time decision for Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Don't plan on using Carson this week, even if he is active. Mike Davis is in line for a big workload even if Carson is active and he has RB2 value in a matchup the Seattle running game did well against earlier this year.

4. JAX - RB Leonard Fournette set to return

Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Darin Gantt

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette was able to get through a week of practice with no setbacks to his hamstring injury and was taken off the Week 10 injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fournette is safe to play, but we should lower expectations with Carlos Hyde now on the roster and Blake Bortles playing much more conservative after his turnover woes.

5. NYJ - QB Sam Darnold, WR Robby Anderson unlikely to play

Source: The Athletic - Connor Hughes

New York Jets QB Sam Darnold (foot) and WR Robby Anderson (ankle) are listed as doubtful for Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Josh McCown gets the start and Quincy Enunwa will be the only wide receiver worth considering in the Jets offense. This looks like another AFC East game of offensive futility like the Jets-Dolphins debacle last week.

6. CIN - WR A.J. Green officially ruled out

Source: ESPN.com - Katherine Terrell

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) on Friday, Nov. 9, was ruled out of the team's Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Green is out for multiple weeks and there's no guarantee that he'll play again this year. Hold him, but be willing to trade him for anything useful in redraft leagues.

7. PIT - RB James Conner in concussion protocol

Source: NFL.com - Austin Knoblauch

Updating a previous report, Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (concussion) has been placed in the NFL's concussion protocol, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner has three extra days to get cleared before the Week 11 tilt with the Jaguars. LeVeon Bell could be back, but we'll still project Conner as the lead back until we see Bell is in football shape and ready to handle a starter's load. The most likely outcome here is a something close to a 50/50 committee.

8. PIT - Le'Veon Bell expected to report

Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler

Updating previous reports, Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell is expected to report to the team next week, according to team president Art Rooney II.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

James Conner is dealing with a concussion although he'll have extra time to clear protocol. The team should ease Bell in against the Jaguars and he's unlikely to take over his old role. We'll also exercise a little caution acting on this news with the number of false starts we've had in the Bell story this year.

9. SEA - WR Doug Baldwin on track to play

Source: Sports Radio KJR - Curtis Crabtree

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Baldwin missed Wednesday's practice and was limited yesterday, but it looks like that was veteran rest more than reason for concern. He has a high ceiling this week with the Seahawks likely needing to open up the offense to keep up with the Rams.

10. SF - Friday's practice report for San Francisco

Source: NinersWire - Kyle Madson

San Francisco 49ers TE Garrett Celek (not injury related), LB Reuben Foster (hamstring), WR Pierre Garcon (knee) and S Jaquiski Tartt (shoulder) did not practice Friday, Nov. 9. TE George Kittle (chest) remains limited and wearing a no-contact jersey and C Weston Richburg (knee) was also limited. OG Josh Garnett (thumb) and OT Joe Staley (not injury related) practiced in full.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Garcon appeared to come alive last week with Nick Mullens, but the resurgence might have been short-lived. We'll have a better idea tomorrow if he'll go on Monday night against the Giants. Kendrick Bourne and rookie Dante Pettis could get more work if Garcon is inactive.

11. TEN - WR Tajae Sharpe questionable for Week 10

Source: ESPN.com - Turron Davenport

Tennessee Titans WR Tajae Sharpe (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Taywan Taylor is also questionable, but with no practice today. It looks like Marcus Mariota will have to rely on players like Darius Jennings and Cameron Batson against the Patriots.

12. CIN - TE C.J. Uzomah practices in full

Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals TE C.J. Uzomah (clavicle) was able to practice in full Friday, Nov. 9 and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Uzomah is a solid pick as a streamer this week with more targets available in the wake of AJ Green's toe injury.

13. NE - Cordarelle Patterson on track to play

Source: ESPNBoston.com - Mike Reiss

New England Patriots WR Cordarrelle Patterson (neck) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Patterson will be worth a what the heck flex play if Sony Michel is inactive after his strong game running the ball out of the backfield in Week 9.

14. NE - Questionable tag for TE Rob Gronkowski

Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle, back) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Gronkowski is a true game-time decision and with a bye up next week anyone who has him in fantasy leagues should be hoping for the team to rest him.

15. GB - TE Jimmy Graham practices in full

Source: Packers.com

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) practiced in full on Friday, Nov. 9 and he has been removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 10 game against the Miami Dolphins.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Graham is a great matchup against a Dolphins defense that recently gave up multiple touchdowns to Michael Roberts and Jordan Thomas.

16. NE - RB Sony Michel listed as questionable

Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Michel might be a game-time decision, but he was expected to go this week and should get enough work to be an RB2 play if he is active.

17. ARI - WR Larry Fitzgerald not on injury report

Source: AZCardinals.com

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fitzgerald is set up for a big second half with better playcalling and health in an offense that is likely to be trailing a lot - especially this week at Kansas City.

18. IND - RB Marlon Mack ready for Week 10

Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (foot) was able to practice in full on Friday, Nov. 9 and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 10 game with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This is great news for Mack's Week 10 and rest of season outlook, but don't be surprised if Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines end up mattering later in the season with Mack's injury record in mind.

19. PHI - Week 10 injury report for Philly

Source: DallasCowboys.com - David Helman

Philadelphia Eagles CB Sidney Jones (hamstring) and CB Jalen Mills (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and have been ruled out for Week 10. DE Josh Sweat (hip) did not practice and listed as questionable. OT Lane Johnson (knee) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. CB Chandon Sullivan (illness) was limited during practice but is not on the injury report. LB Nathan Gerry (ankle, knee), SS Corey Graham (hamstring), LB Kamu Grugier-Hill (thumb), C Jason Kelce (non-injury), TE Joshua Perkins (illness) and OT Jason Peters (biceps) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Eagles secondary will be thin against the Cowboys, making Dak Prescott a better streamer. Johnson should play and had a chance to heal a bit during the bye to help a line playing with a one-armed left tackle in Peters.

20. CLE - Week 10 injury report for Cleveland

Source: ESPN.com - Pat McManamon

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee, ribs), LB Joe Schobert (hamstring), WR Da'Mari Scott (shoulder), C JC Tretter (ankle) and CB Denzel Ward were limited at practice Friday, No. 9, and are listed as questionable for Week 10 versus the Atlanta Falcons. OT Desmond Harrison (illness) and DB Damarious Randall (groin) were upgraded to full participation in practice Friday and are also listed as questionable. DB Tavierre Thomas (abdomen) was limited in practice Friday but no longer appears on injury report. WR Antonio Callaway (ankle), LB Jamie Collins (ankle), OL Austin Corbett (foot), OT Chris Hubbard (toe) and WR Jarvis Landry (wrist) were full participants in practice Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

There's no reason to think Njoku will miss Week 10, but check back on Sunday morning. The Browns sorely need Schobert and Ward against a stacked Falcons offense.

21. WAS - Washington's Week 10 injury report

Source: The Athletic - Greg Auman

Washington Redskins RB Chris Thompson (rib) and OT Trent Williams (thumb) did not participate in practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. CB Quinton Dunbar (shin) also has yet to practice this week but is listed as questionable. WR Jamison Crowder (ankle) and OT Morgan Moses were limited in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and are also listed as questionable. LB Ryan Anderson (knee), RB Kapri Bibbs (shoulder), CB Danny Johnson (forearm), QB Colt McCoy (thumb), S Montae Nicholson (hip), RB Adrian Peterson (shoulder), TE Jordan Reed (back) and CB Greg Stroman (hip) participated fully in practice Friday and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Washington will be without three starters on the offensive line and a fourth is questionable. This is unlikely to be a strong week for their offense even against arguably the worst defense in the NFC in Tampa.

22. MIA - WR DeVante Parker on track to play

Source: MiamiDolphins.com

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Parker will likely have to share downfield targets with Kenny Stills and Brock Osweiler is his quarterback. He's only a desperation play this week.

23. CHI - OLB Khalil Mack good to go Week 10

Source: Chicago Tribune - Rich Campbell

Chicago Bears LB Khalil Mack (ankle) was a full participant in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is expected to play in Week 10 versus the Detroit Lions.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Bears have smartly taken their time with Mack and it should pay dividends against a banged up Lions offensive line Sunday.

24. ATL - Week 10 injury report for Atlanta

Source: AtlantaFalcons.com

Atlanta Falcons DE Derrick Shelby (groin) was limited in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as questionable for Week 10 versus the Cleveland Browns. DT Deadrin Senat (shoulder) was limited in practice Friday but does not appear on the injury report. CB Robert Alford (ankle), S Damontae Kazee (ankle), C Alex Mack (back) and WR Mohamed Sanu (hip) were full participants Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Sanu is a safe WR3/Flex play with a low ceiling, but the chance for a big play or two against a very thin Browns secondary.

25. BUF - QB Josh Allen listed as questionable

Source: BuffaloBills.com

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (elbow) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We might see Allen on Sunday and we might see Nathan Peterman. The way this season is going for the Bills, we'll probably see both. The Jets D/ST is a decent play on the start whoever is facing Buffalo strategy.

26. MIA - Starting OTs uncertain for Week 10

Source: The Miami Herald - Jordan McPherson

Miami Dolphins OT Laremy Tunsil (ankle, knee) and OT Ja'Wuan James (knee) will be game-time decisions for the Week 10 game, according to head coach Adam Gase.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Green Bay defense is usually better at home, and if they are facing a compromised Dolphins line that has already lost two starters this year, they'll be an even better play.

27. JAX - Jacksonville's Week 10 injury report

Source: Jaguars.com

Jacksonville Jaguars CB A.J. Bouye (calf) and CB Quenton Meeks (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 10 versus the Indianapolis Colts. DT Eli Ankou (calf) did not practice for a second straight day Friday, Nov. 9, and is listed as doubtful. TE David Grinnage (knee), DE Lerentee McCray (hamstring), TE James O'Shaughnessy (hip) and LB Telvin Smith (shoulder) were limited in practice Friday and are listed as questionable. QB Blake Bortles (shoulder) and CB D.J. Hayden (toe) fully participated in practice Friday and no longer appear on injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Bouye being out should help Andrew Luck's matchup. The Eagles made multiple big plays to Jordan Matthews so Ryan Grant or Chester Rogers could benefit from the matchup this week.

28. KC - WR Sammy Watkins gets back on field

Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher

Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (foot) returned to practice Friday, Nov. 9, after missing the previous two days with a foot injury.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Watkins could play this week, although the team could also rest him to get him as close as possible to 100% in anticipation of next week's matchup against the Rams. If he does go, consider him a boom/bust WR3/Flex after not putting a full practice this week.

29. NYJ - WR Quincy Enunwa looking good to go

Source: ESPNNewYork.com - Rich Cimini

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (ankle) was a full participant in practice Friday, Nov. 9, and is expected be a full-go in Week 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Enunwa should be a good PPR play with Josh McCown at quarterback as long as the Jets move him around the formation and manufacture targets for him like they did earlier in the season.

30. CIN - Cincy rules out 5 players for Week 10

Source: ESPN.com - Katherine Terrell

Cincinnati Bengals LB Vontaze Burfict (hip), LB Nick Vigil (knee), WR Josh Malone (hamstring), TE Tyler Kroft (foot) and CB Darqueze Dennard (sternoclavicular) on Friday, Nov. 9, were ruled out of the team's Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Bengals will be short-handed at linebacker, which is good news for Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara.

31. GB - WR Randall Cobb still bothered by hamstring

Source: USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin - Ryan Wood

Updating previous reports, Green Bay Packers WR Randall Cobb (hamstring) is still bothered by the hamstring injury he suffered early in the season.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cobb is a very limited upside play and only in PPR leagues. He can be dropped in short bench leagues. This gives Marquez Valdes-Scantling even more opportunity on the horizon and Jimmy Graham could also get more targets with Cobb ailing.
