1. HOU - ACL tear ends WR Will Fuller's season

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Updating previous reports, Houston Texans WR Will Fuller (knee) suffered a torn ACL on Thursday, Oct. 25, against the Miami Dolphins, head coach Bill O'Brien confirmed Friday. Fuller will miss the rest of the season.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Keke Coutee will be a target hog when he returns, but that might not be until Week 11 after the Texans bye. In the meantime UDFA Vyncint Smith will be the #2 receiver. Jordan Thomas could get more targets, and the team will certainly continue to lean on the running game.

2. NE - TE Rob Gronkowski limited

Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle, back) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 26.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Most reports give Gronkowski a chance to play, but it's far from certain that he'll play. Hopefully tomorrow's practice will be more revealing and we'll get an update on Sunday morning.

3. MIN - Absent RB Dalvin Cook expected to miss Week 8

Source: St. Paul Pioneer Press - Chris Tomasson

Minnesota Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (hamstring) sat out practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is expected to miss the Week 8 game against the New Orleans Saints.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Latavius Murray will get the start, but he will face a tough Saints run defense.

4. JAX - RB Carlos Hyde in line for bulk of work?

Source: The Florida Times-Union - Hays Carlyon

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Carlos Hyde could see 60 percent of the carries in Week 8, in the opinion of beat writer Hays Carlyon.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Even if he gets that much, the Eagles run defense is the strength of the unit so Hyde's outlook is still dim. Whatever value he has will vanish when Leonard Fournette is back.

5. SEA - Seattle's Week 8 injury report

Source: Seahawks.com - John Boyle

Seattle Seahawks CB Neiko Thorpe (groin) and OG Jordan Simmons (calf) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and are listed as doubtful for Week 8. DE Rasheem Green (ankle) fully participated in practice but is listed as questionable. OG D.J. Fluker (knee) and DT Shamar Stephen (foot) were limited during practice but are not on the injury report. DT Jarran Reed (illness), TE Ed Dickson (quadriceps), TE Nick Vannett (back), RB Rashaad Penny (finger), LB K.J. Wright (knee) and DE Dion Jordan (knee) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Dickson makes his return this week and he'll go on our tight end streamer monitoring list, but there hasn't been enough there for tight ends in the Seattle passing game to merit a pickup in typical leagues.

6. SF - Questionable tag for RB Matt Breida

Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss

San Francisco 49ers RB Matt Breida (ankle) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is listed as questionable for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Breida has a chance to return on Sunday and ruin the Raheem Mostert sleeper show, but he isn't safe enough to trust in your lineup after two straight games have been cut short by injury.

7. SF - WR Pierre Garcon listed as doubtful

Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss

San Francisco 49ers WR Pierre Garcon (knee, shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is listed as doubtful for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Dante Pettis will be back this week and could get significant snaps with Garcon out.

8. ARI - TE Ricky Seals-Jones ready to play

Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss

Arizona Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones (forearm) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Seals-Jones looked like he might have a fractured arm or wrist when he left the loss to the Broncos, but he's fine for this week and has a good matchup if you need a streamer.

9. ARI - WR Larry Fitzgerald on track to play

Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The team reportedly wants to get Fitzgerald more involved and he's as healthy as he has been all year. He's worth a WR3/Flex look this week.

10. ARI - QB Josh Rosen not on injury report

Source: AZCardinals.com - Josh Weinfuss

Arizona Cardinals QB Josh Rosen (toe) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Rosen's status looked like it could be iffy when he limped off late in the loss to the Broncos, but he'll be ok for Sunday and get a chance to take Byron Leftwich's offense for a spin.

11. ARI - PK Phil Dawson questionable

Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss

Arizona Cardinals PK Phil Dawson (hip) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is listed as questionable for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Cardinals have Matthew McCrane on the practice squad they can call him up if Dawson can't go. Some thought he had an outside shot to win Dawson's job this summer.

12. DET - RB Theo Riddick ruled out

Source: DetroitLions.com

Detroit Lions RB Theo Riddick (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and has been ruled out for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kerryon Johnson should get more snaps in the passing game again this week if you were looking for a nudge to use him against the Seahawks.

13. NE - WR Josh Gordon listed as limited

Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots WR Josh Gordon (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 26.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Gordon appears to not have his typical top-end explosiveness because of this hamstring issue, but he's still playing more than well enough to merit a WR3/Flex start.

14. WAS - RB Adrian Peterson not on injury report

Source: The Washington Post - Kareem Copeland

Washington Redskins RB Adrian Peterson (ankle, shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and is not on the injury report for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

You can fire up Peterson as your RB2 in a matchup that is winnable for Washington, so they are likely to lean on him.

15. KC - Kansas City's Week 8 injury report

Source: The Athletic - Nicki Jhabvala

Kansas City Chiefs C Mitch Morse (concussion) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 8 versus the Denver Broncos. S Eric Berry (heel) and LB Justin Houston (hamstring) also did not participate in practice all week and are listed as doubtful. OG Cameron Erving (quad), LB Tanoh Kpassagnon (ankle), S Eric Murray (ankle) and RB Spencer Ware (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and have been removed on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Houston won't make it back on the field for this divisional matchup, but the Chiefs are still getting a good rush from their line and rookie backup Breeland Speaks. They are a viable streaming defense this week.

16. WAS - Questionable tag for RB Chris Thompson

Source: The Washington Post - Kareem Copeland

Washington Redskins RB Chris Thompson (knee, rib) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 26, but is listed as questionable for Week 8.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thompson is a risky but potentially solid PPR RB2 this week in the very conservative Washington passing game.

17. CHI - Week 8 injury report for Chicago

Source: ChicagoBears.com

Chicago Bears OG Eric Kush (neck) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 8 against the New York Jets. LB Khalil Mack (ankle) and WR Allen Robinson (groin) were limited in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and are listed as questionable. CB Bryce Callahan (ankle), DB Marcus Cooper (hamstring), DT Akiem Hicks (rib), LB Roquan Smith (wrist) and C Cody Whitehair (shoulder) were not given official practice designations Friday but no longer appear on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mack and Robinson are likely to play, but Robinson has been underperforming and Mack wasn't that effective last week. Taylor Gabriel could be in for a big week against the banged up Jets secondary.

18. IND - Indianapolis' injury report for Week 8

Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts WR Ryan Grant (ankle), S Malik Hooker (hip), TE Erik Swoope (knee) and RB Robert Turbin (shoulder) did not participate in practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 8 versus the Oakland Raiders. S Clayton Geathers did not practice for a second straight day Friday, Oct. 26, and is listed as questionable. WR Zach Pascal (head) was limited in practice Friday and is listed as questionable. RB Marlon Mack (ankle), DE Jabaal Sheard (abdomen) and PK Adam Vinatieri (groin) were full participants in practice Friday but are also listed as questionable. LB Darius Leonard (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday but has been removed from the injury report. DL Denico Autry (ankle), TE Jack Doyle (hip), WR Dontrelle Inman (neck) and CB Arthur Maulet (hip) participated fully in practice Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Doyle not even being on the injury report is a good sign for his level of play in his return to the field this week.

19. NYJ - NY Jets could bring back WR Terrelle Pryor

Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Mike Florio

Free-agent WR Terrelle Pryor (Jets) may be an option for the New York Jets following their Week 8 game against the Chicago Bears.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Pryor still has ability, but teams aren't seeing him as an essential piece right now. It's worth holding him in deep dynasty, but not beyond that format.

20. HOU - CB Johnathan Joseph may miss 2-3 weeks

Source: Houston Chronicle - John McClain

Houston Texans CB Johnathan Joseph (ankle, knee) suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament and a high ankle sprain during the Week 8 game and could be sidelined for two to three weeks.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Texans secondary has some injury issues heading into a matchup with the excellent Broncos wide receiver trio. Case Keenum could have some stream appeal next week.

21. IND - DT Jihad Ward placed on IR

Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts DT Jihad Ward (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Oct. 26. The team also signed practice squad WR Steve Ishmael to their 53-man roster. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ishmael showed great ability on contested balls at Syracuse and got into the record books in a program that has been around for a while. It was a bit disappointing to see that fifth-round pick Reece Fountain didn't get the call up instead. Ishmael, like any other receiver Andrew Luck throws to, is worth monitoring.

22. HOU - Houston unlikely to pursue WR Dez Bryant

Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson

Free-agent WR Dez Bryant (Cowboys) likely will not receive interest from the Houston Texans even after WR Will Fuller (knee) suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Terrelle Pryor is the only other free agent wide receiver that could be a fit, but he is a long shot. The Texans could still make a move here, but probably one that is unlikely to make a splash in fantasy leagues.

23. BUF - Friday's practice report for Buffalo

Source: BuffaloBills.com

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (elbow), RB Taiwan Jones (neck) and DE Trent Murphy (knee) did not practice Friday, Oct. 26. QB Derek Anderson (back, calf), RB Chris Ivory (hamstring), RB LeSean McCoy (concussion) and OT Jordan Mills (knee) were limited. LB Lorenzo Alexander (rest) and DT Kyle Williams (rest) were not given an official practice designation Friday after not participating in practice Thursday, Oct. 25.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

McCoy isn't clear yet for Monday night, but he has an extra day to get out of concussion protocol. He's still a very limited upside flex against the Patriots even if he is active.

24. GB - Green Bay's Week 8 injury report

Source: 1 No Source

Green Bay Packers OT Jason Spriggs (ankle) and WR Equanimeous St. Brown (knee) were limited in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and are listed as questionable for Week 8 versus the Los Angeles Rams. WR Randall Cobb (hamstring) was a full participant in practice Friday but is also listed as questionable. WR Geronimo Allison (hamstring) and CB Bashaud Breeland (hamstring) practiced in limited fashion again Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. CB Jaire Alexander (groin), OT Bryan Bulaga (knee), TE Jimmy Graham, LB Nick Perry (ankle) and QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) participated fully in practice Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Allison should be back and starting, but we might have to wait until game time to know about Cobb for sure. Cobb hasn't been a fast healer in recent years, so he's probably not ready to be put back into lineups even if he is active, and don't drop Marquez Valdes-Scantling just yet.

25. IND - TE Jack Doyle likely to go Week 8

Source: The Indianapolis Star - Zak Keefer

Indianapolis Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip) is expected to play in Week 8 against the Oakland Raiders.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Doyle is worth a streamer look in his first week back and shouldn't be on any waiver wires. Eric Ebron's ceiling comes down with this news.

26. CAR - WR Torrey Smith ruled out vs. Ravens

Source: The Athletic - Joe Person

Carolina Panthers WR Torrey Smith (knee) on Friday, Oct. 26, was ruled out of the Week 8 game against the Baltimore Ravens with a knee injury.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Curtis Samuel and DJ Moore could get more looks with Smith out in this one.

27. CIN - Cincinnati's injury report for Week 8

Source: The Athletic - Greg Auman

Cincinnati Bengals CB Darqueze Dennard (sternoclavicular), TE Tyler Kroft (foot) and LB Nick Vigil (knee) did not participate in practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 8 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. C Billy Price (foot) was limited in practice all week and is listed as doubtful. OT Jake Fisher (back) and LS Clark Harris (concussion) participated fully in practice Friday, Oct. 26, and no longer appear on the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adam Humphries could have his best game of the year facing the Bengals back up slot corner with Dennard out.

28. DEN - RB Royce Freeman remains out of practice

Source: The Athletic - Nicki Jhabvala

Denver Broncos RB Royce Freeman (ankle) missed a third straight day of practice Friday, Oct. 26, with an ankle injury.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Phillip Lindsay will get a small uptick in targets, but look for Devontae Booker to take up more of the slack as the team doesn't want to overwork the undersized Lindsay.

29. TB - Tampa Bay's Week 8 injury report

Source: Buccaneers.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers DE Vinny Curry (ankle) and DT Gerald McCoy (calf) did not participate in practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 8 against the Cincinnati Bengals. RB Peyton Barber (ankle), OT Demar Dotson (knee, shoulder) and DE Jason Pierre-Paul (ribs) returned to full practice Friday, Oct. 26, and have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Bucs defensive line will be thinner against the Bengals and missing their best player, McCoy. Ronald Jones audition as the starter is on hold with Barber back.

30. NYJ - WR Robby Anderson doubtful for Week 8

Source: SNY - Ralph Vacchiano

New York Jets WR Robby Anderson (ankle) on Friday, Oct. 26, was listed as doubtful for Week 8 with an ankle injury.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jermaine Kearse will be the #1 receiver against the Bears, and Andre Roberts will also play a big role. New addition Rishard Matthews could also see some snaps this week.

31. JAX - Jacksonville's Week 8 injury report

Source: Jaguars.com

Jacksonville Jaguars CB A.J. Bouye (calf), RB Leonard Fournette (hamstring), TE James O'Shaughnessy (hip) and CB Tyler Patmon (neck) did not practice Friday, Oct. 26, and have been ruled out for Week 8 versus the Philadelphia Eagles. CB D.J. Hayden (toe) practiced in a limited fashion Friday and is listed as doubtful. DL Calais Campbell (ankle, hip), DT Marcell Dareus (illness), DE Dante Fowler (groin), CB Tre Herndon (hamstring), OL Brandon Linder (knee), OG Andrew Norwell (foot) and OL Jermey Parnell (shoulder) were not given official practice designations Friday but have been removed from the injury report.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Jaguars will be without two of their top three corners against Carson Wentz, brightening Wentz's outlook against what was supposed to be a tough matchup. Nelson Agholor could have a big game.

32. HOU - D'Onta Foreman nearing return

Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson

Houston Texans RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles') is closer to making a return to practice but remains on the Physically Unable to Perform list, according to head coach Bill O'Brien.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It doesn't sound like Foreman is going to get back to 2017 form this year and he's not a threat to Lamar Miller's value. If you've been sitting on him hoping for a return, it's probably not worth holding him.

33. OAK - Oakland talking up WR Martavis Bryant

Source: The Athletic - Vic Tafur

Oakland Raiders WR Martavis Bryant is expected to be a bigger part of the offense following the trade of Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday, Oct. 22.'I think it helps a player like Martavis Bryant because he's got tremendous skills, tremendous size and speed, and he's still really kind of learning the system. I think he's such an explosive player. ... I think it will help them more he's in the system, the more he's here and is able to sit around and stay with one system,' offensive coordinator Greg Olson said.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Bryant gets high value deep targets and the Raiders will likely be playing from behind and passing more than running in the second half of the season, but he's still only bench depth unless he and Derek Carr heat up.

34. IND - RB Marlon Mack at practice

Source: FOX 59 Indianapolis - Mike Chappell

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (ankle) is practicing Friday, Oct. 26.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mack was a full participant but will still be listed questionable. He's very likely to play and you can probably risk him without a late/night game hedge on your bench, but there is higher risk of an aggravation or Mack not being at the level he was last week. Nyheim Hines goes back to the background with Mack's return.
