1. PHI - WR Nelson Agholor under investigation

Source: USA TODAY Sports - A.J. Perez

Philadelphia Eagles WR Nelson Agholor is under investigation by the Philadelphia police for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman Thursday, June 9.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The police are going to interview Agholor as part of the investigation into this matter. He had a poor rookie season and this isn't going to help his chances of impressing the team. The legal process will run its course, then the league will step in for any added discipline if needed.

2. SF - RB Carlos Hyde to be key in passing game

Source: 49ers.com - Joe Fann

San Francisco 49ers RB Carlos Hyde is excited that he'll be a focal point in the passing attack in 2016. 'I think it's something that's overlooked, but this year we may get to see it,' Hyde said. 'I like playing receiver. It's another opportunity to get out in space and get the ball in your hands.'

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We're not thrilled about the 49ers offense, but we will be interested in adding Hyde to our fantasy rosters at the right price. The rest of the offense is filled with question marks, but Hyde could take advantage of rushing lanes (and cutback lanes) in Chip Kelly's system. His current ADP of RB18 (4.07) in 12-team PPR leagues seems about right for what his value could be this season, and there's a chance he could finish the year just inside the top 15 for fantasy RBs.

3. CLE - QB Robert Griffin III still developing

Source: MMQB - Albert Breer

Cleveland Browns QB Robert Griffin III is still mastering the quarterback position, according to head coach Hue Jackson. 'I'm not gonna say he's raw, but he is still developing,' Jackson said. 'And most young quarterbacks are still developing.'

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Griffin is trying to get his career back on track after things fell apart during his time in Washington. He was injured and battered with Washington, but Griffin is healthy now. With the Browns, Griffin needs to show that he can stay healthy and stand strong with the rush swarming around him.

4. MIA - QB Ryan Tannehill taking responsibility

Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill is taking responsibility as a leader and pushing the team more this season, C Mike Pouncey said.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We're excited about the Dolphins passing game with head coach Adam Gase running the show. Tannehill could put up career-best numbers in 2016 and fantasy owners need to take note. He could easily outperform his current ADP of QB21 (13.05) in 12-team PPR leagues.

5. BUF - QB Tyrod Taylor in charge of offense

Source: The Buffalo News - Vic Carucci

Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor said he feels more in command of the offense this year and has earned the trust of his teammates with the preparation he puts in.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's Taylor's second year in the offense, so it makes sense that he would be more comfortable. The run-heavy nature of the Bills offense is going to keep the numbers down for Taylor, but his rushing ability helps make him a better fantasy asset. We see him as a QB2 with upside in 2016. Taylor has a current ADP of QB19 (12.02) in 12-team PPR leagues.

6. OAK - OLB Khalil Mack can be more consistent

Source: Raiders.com - Eddie Paskal

Oakland Raiders DE Khalil Mack recorded 15 sacks in 2015, but defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. said he wants to see Mack play more consistently this upcoming season.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

He's not going to play Michael Schofield (Broncos) every week. Mack is a star in the league, but if he's more consistent then he'll be an even greater asset for the Raiders defense in 2016.

7. OAK - QB Derek Carr, WR Amari Cooper linking up

Source: Raiders.com - Eddie Paskal

Oakland Raiders QB Derek Carr and WR Amari Cooper have shown good chemistry during organized team activities. The two players were not able to work together last season because Carr was recovering from an injury.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Raiders are on the right track, and they'll certainly have a fantasy-relevant passing game in 2016. Carr is a low-end QB1 with upside, while Cooper is a low-end WR1 for fantasy owners.

8. JAX - WR Allen Robinson's status uncertain

Source: The Florida Times-Union - Ryan O'Halloran

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Allen Robinson's (hamstring) status for minicamp is uncertain because of his hamstring injury, according to head coach Gus Bradley.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

There's no need to rush it here. Robinson is a star for the Jaguars, and he should once again be counted on to put up WR1 numbers for fantasy owners in 2016. His current ADP is WR7 (1.12) in 12-team PPR leagues.

9. JAX - Myles Jack expected to practice

Source: The Florida Times-Union - Ryan O'Halloran

Jacksonville Jaguars LB Myles Jack (knee) should be able to participate in all of the drills during minicamp next week, according to head coach Gus Bradley. Jack will be used at middle linebacker during practice. Bradley said it will be interesting to see how much Jack has learned since he was not allowed to participate in organized team activities.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Now that UCLA has graduated, Jack is able to practice with his team. Coming off knee surgery, expect the Jaguars to take it easy with the star linebacker as he gets used to the pro level.

10. SF - QB Colin Kaepernick excited about offense

Source: Sacramento Bee - Matt Barrows

San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick (knee, shoulder, thumb) said he is eager to run the offense that head coach Chip Kelly has brought to the team because it is similar to the one he used in college. He said he believes the new offense will give him more chances to run the ball.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kaepernick ran the Pistol offense in college at Nevada, and there are similarities to what Kelly does on offense in the pros. He'll be utilizing the inside-zone or outside-zone reads to move the chains. On paper, Kaepernick makes a great fit for Kelly's offense....but he'll need to prove it on the field.

11. SF - QB Colin Kaepernick looking to improve play

Source: Sacramento Bee - Matt Barrows

San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick (knee, shoulder, thumb) has tried to improve his flexibility this offseason by stretching his back because it would tighten up on him in the past. He is looking to become more limber so he can be a more elusive runner, according to a source. Kaepernick is also wearing contact lenses to help his short-area vision and has a tinted visor on his helmet to protect the contacts and reduce the sunlight in his eyes.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kaepernick is what scouts call a "pure sight" thrower....he always has been. That term basically means that Kaepernick has to see a receiver wide open before he lets the ball fly. The veteran quarterback needs to throw with better anticipation if he wants to play better as a passer. He's behind Blaine Gabbert in the 49ers QB competition at this time.

12. WAS - CB Josh Norman likes new defense

Source: The Washington Post - Dan Steinberg

Washington Redskins CB Josh Norman said he has a good understanding of the team's defense and likes that he will be given a little more freedom on the field under defensive coordinator Joe Barry.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Norman is a player just coming into his own as a pro. He was a star last year for the Panthers defense, and we have a feeling he's going to be extra motivated this year after the way things fell apart in Carolina. Norman and Bashaud Breeland give Washington a fine starting duo at the CB position.

13. CIN - William Jackson signs deal

Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson

Cincinnati Bengals CB William Jackson III, the team's first-round pick, signed a four-year deal worth $9.705 million Friday, June 10. The deal includes a $5.258 signing bonus as well as a fifth-year option.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jackson was one of our favorite CBs in this draft class. According to NFL.com, Jackson only allowed 40 percent of passes thrown his way to be completed over last two years. He's got the speed to get into the back pocket of a receiver, and he provides great downfield coverage. Jackson has a nose for the ball, and he can make plays at the point of the catch. Once the interception is secured, Jackson has the athleticism to be a threat to score from anywhere on the field. He's going to compete as a sub-package CB this year for the Bengals, but he's got the future upside to be an impact starter in the NFL.

14. JAX - Jalen Ramsey able to run

Source: NFL.com - Kevin Patra

Jacksonville Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey (knee) was able to run in a straight line during practice Friday, June 10.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fantastic news for the Jaguars here. Ramsey underwent knee surgery a little over two weeks ago and is expected to ready for the start of training camp.

15. TEN - QB Marcus Mariota becoming a leader

Source: NFL.com - Chris Wesseling

Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota appears to have a better grasp of the offense and has been a true leader during offseason workouts, according to DT Jurrell Casey.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mariota should have a better grasp of the offense entering his second season. The team is built around their rushing attack featuring both DeMarco Murray and rookie Derrick Henry, so that should keep things simpler for Mariota when going to the air. We love his dynasty value, but in re-draft leagues we can only recommend Mariota as a low-end QB2. His current ADP is QB16 (10.12) in 12-team PPR leagues.

16. CLE - WR Terrelle Pryor improving

Source: ClevelandBrowns.com - Andrew Gribble

Cleveland Browns WR Terrelle Pryor has made significant improvement at wide receiver this offseason, according to wide receivers coach Al Saunders. Pryor still has some work to do, but the team is optimistic that he can produce at receiver.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Browns have added a ton of WR talent this year, mostly through the draft. Pryor is big and athletic, but those skills alone may not be enough to insure him a spot on the 53-man roster. We'll be monitoring his progress in training camp.

17. CLE - CB Joe Haden making good progress

Source: ClevelandBrowns.com - Andrew Gribble

Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden (ankle) is making good progress in his recovery from offseason ankle surgery, according to secondary coach Louis Cioffi.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll be happy to see Haden back to full strength for the Browns this year. When healthy, Haden has shutdown corner upside and can be a player opposing QBs have to stay away from. Cioffi said he expects Haden to be ready for the start of the season and believes he can be a Pro Bowl player in 2016.

18. CLE - Corey Coleman impressing head coach

Source: ClevelandBrowns.com - Andrew Gribble

Cleveland Browns WR Corey Coleman was very impressive during organized team activities and minicamp after working himself into NFL shape, according to head coach Hue Jackson. Jackson said Coleman is a tremendous player but still needs to earn his playing time.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Coleman's game is all about speed, speed and more speed. With Travis Benjamin (Chargers) moving on in free agency, the Browns are looking for a WR1 and the rookie Coleman may be that guy. Watch to see if he can continue to impress during training camp and the preseason.

19. TEN - Tennessee may use hot hand at RB

Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt

Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie said the amount of carries RB DeMarco Murray and RB Derrick Henry receive each game may be determined by how they are playing that game.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Their rushing attack could frustrate fantasy owners in 2016. Murray is the top guy, but Henry is impressive enough as a two-down back to get some work as well. Right now, Murray has an ADP of RB19 (4.09) while Henry is going off the board as RB51 (12.11) in 12-team PPR leagues.

20. ARI - S Tyrann Mathieu talks paused

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Arizona Cardinals FS Tyrann Mathieu's contract talks have been put on hold, but that doesn't mean a deal won't be reached before training camp, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. If a deal is reached, it's expected to be worth around $11 million per season, which would make him the highest-paid safety and put him among the highest-paid defensive backs.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Cardinals want to reward Mathieu with a new contract, but they need to be cautious with how the deal is structured due to his injury history. Talks are done right now, but they could strike up again as the regular season draws near.

21. TEN - Derrick Henry impressing with hands

Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry has impressed the team with his hands as a receiver, which head coach Mike Mularkey said makes Henry even more dangerous.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Henry had below-average hands on film at Alabama, and we're not sure he's completely turned that around now in a few practices with the Titans. The rookie is a big back who can finish, and he reminds many in the scouting community of former Giants RB Brandon Jacobs. Henry will work in a RBBC with DeMarco Murray this season.

22. DEN - ILB Brandon Marshall talking deal with DEN

Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis

Denver Broncos restricted free-agent LB Brandon M. Marshall is in advanced contract negotiations with the team before his deadline Wednesday, June 15. He has a second-round, $2.553 tender attached to him. If he doesn't sign by Wednesday, Marshall's deal could be reduced to a 10% raise from the $585,000 salary he made last season, although the Broncos would probably re-up him for the $2.553 million.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Marshall is taking over at weak-side inside linebacker since Danny Trevathan (Bears) moved on in free agency. We have a feeling the team will be able to get something done with Marshall before next Wednesday's deadline.

23. DEN - WR Emmanuel Sanders talking extension

Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis

Denver Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders received a contract proposal last week from the team, and his agent recently sent back a counter offer.

[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Broncos seem intent on keeping Sanders around for the foreseeable future. With this QB situation in Denver, Sanders should see his numbers stay around what they were last year. Gone are the days of the Manning pass-happy offense. The Broncos are going to run as much as possible and limit what they do through the air. That makes Sanders more of a WR3 for fantasy owners. His current ADP is WR27 (5.06) in 12-team PPR leagues.
