Xpert Leagues
I. GENERAL
Describe your league hosting service.
Since launching in May 2003, Xpert Leagues has managed to build a site that is unique and innovative. Before we launched, we viewed what was then available for fantasy leagues as being too awkwardly conceived, too tied to old technologies. With our site now on the market and thriving, we feel that we have demonstrated a better way to run your leagues.
Unlike many league-hosting sites that spread a league's information across too many pages, Xpert Leagues puts all of your information on a single convenient page. You can look at your league's standings while examining each team's rosters, player stats, transactions and even the league message board! This straightforward layout is extremely easy to use and intuitively arranged to make finding information fast and simple. For example, if you are looking for a list of previous blind bids, you simply use the drop down menu in the transactions window. You don't have to comb through an arbitrary list of menus.
For those looking to warm up before their main league drafts get underway, we offer a wide array of free Survivor Leagues, Commentary Drafts, and Mock Drafts including IDP and auction formats. This has proven our site's ability to run thousands of drafts and auctions smoothly, and has resulted in constant improvement and expansion of our leagues and features. Also, since the site conducts so many drafts, we offer extensive average draft information on all players, including charts which display how a player's ADP is changing over time.
Xpert Leagues also provides up-to-date NFL player news and information, integrating this news into the rosters of every league so that users can easily track information that directly affects their teams' rosters.
In addition to our league offerings, Xpert Leagues provides many means for our site users to interact. We offer private messaging, buddy lists, and message boards which include the ability to post pictures or create polls. We even offer the ability to create and read "Peer Reviews" of other site users who you may be considering for inclusion in your league.
Summary of your league hosting service:
Our site features an innovative and easy to use layout, very flexible scoring, and supports auction, IDP, contract, and survivor leagues. We also have constantly updated NFL player news, a wide array of player stats, up to the minute live scoring, and ultra fast and helpful support. Check us out!
New Features for 2004:
We have added auction, IDP, and contract league support, expanded our rule set, and added additional player positions. The look and feel of the site has been improved, and extra features such as private messaging, a feature rich message board, and integrated NFL news are now available.

II. DRAFTING
How is drafting handled at your site? Are Auction Leagues an option?
We have a very quick and intuitive drafting engine for both drafts and auctions.
When choosing a player to draft or nominate an owner can list players by position, by ADP for the last week, as well as from a cheatsheet that they have set up.
Is pre-drafting an option? If so, please describe how pre-drafting works
Owners can pre-draft for any round by picking and ordering the players they wish to use, and players from one round may be carried over to another. The draft board lists which picks have been pre-drafted, for all owners, so that it's easy to see which picks still need pre-drafting.
Draft trading capability - can picks in current drafts be traded before or during the draft? Can picks in future years be traded (and tracked)?
Picks in current and future drafts can be traded, as well as FA and Auction money. All trades are listed in the transaction window for future reference.
Ability to keep teams from year-year (keeper leagues, dynasty leagues)?
There is a setting to make a league redraft, keeper, or dynasty. For keeper and dynasty leagues, players can drop the necessary players prior to their league's rookie / FA drafts.

What is the source for NFL scoring data?
Our live stats come from the Associated Press.

If there is a discrepancy between the stats on the site and stats listed in commonly available sources such as NFL.com, the stat line from NFL.com on Thursday at noon will determine the final stat used on the site.
Head Coach position available?
Yes, head coaches can be scored in a variety of ways including game won, game lost, takeaways, turnovers, penalties, team touchdown scored, and team touchdown allowed.

The reports are available late Monday nights.
Can you have divisional play in leagues if desired?
Yes.
Dynasty functions (ie. salary tracking, contract tracking, archival ability?)
For contract leagues, player salaries and remaining years are stored and accessible within a team's roster window. Archiving now includes previous year's standings, matchups, scores, championship game, and rosters, as well as records such as most points per season, per game, W/L Analysis record holder, with more coming soon.
