Coaches are able to customize their teams including full uniform colors and stadium to give each team unique character. Commissioners are able to fine tune all league settings including roster configuration, custom scoring rules, keeper settings, draft options, postseason and more. Every league is unique offering coaches plenty of choices in gameplay. If you're looking for head-to-head or total points, we got it. Team D or IDP? Strategy scoring, high-points? All here. And if you can't find it, you can create your own league and get it live by only purchasing a single team.

FanMill's scoring system is extremely flexible allowing commissioners to setup scoring with ease. All league members can test those rules to make sure everything works as expected and avoid any scoring surprises. II. DRAFTING

How is drafting handled at your site? Are Auction Leagues an option?

There are numerous draft options available. Fast Live drafts enable all coaches to be online and pick their players manually and talk smack in real-time. Slow Live drafts give coaches hours instead of seconds to make their picks. Automatic drafts and Offline upload options are available as well.

Is pre-drafting an option? If so, please describe how pre-drafting works:

Each coach has the ability to rank all players to prepare for their draft. In leagues with automatic drafts these rankings will be used to make each coach's picks. For live drafts, these rankings can serve as guidelines and reminders while the seconds tick away from the draft clock.

Draft trading capability - can picks in current drafts be traded before or during the draft? Can picks in future years be traded (and tracked)?

Per league setup, all coaches can trade picks and players before and during the draft to implement any interesting draft strategies they may have up their sleeve.

Ability to keep teams from year-year (keeper leagues, dynasty leagues)?

Yes, your leagues can be set up to allow any number of keepers - up to the entire roster.

III. LINEUPS, SCORING, REPORTS

Owners set lineups how?

Each coach has roster management tools to designate which players they want starting, on the bench or on IR each week. The commish doesn't have to submit each roster personally.

When is the deadline for submitting lineups each week?

This varies from league to league and depends on league setup.

Live Scoring Updates? If Yes, How often does Live Scoring update?

Yes, our live scoring refreshes every 60 seconds during all NFL games. There are a handful of stats that are not official until they are verified overnight.

Can leagues create and alter their own scoring system?

Yes, FM offers multiple ways to score each and every statistic that comes off the wire. There are five different "rule styles". 'Single', 'Repeat', 'Range', 'Combo' and 'At'.

Is there a way to award point bonuses based on game milestones? (Qb rating > xx, RB yards > 100, Receiving yards > 100, etc)

Yes any type of performance scoring can be implemented into your league's scoring rules. Fractional scoring is available for "partial milestones" and all rules can use decimal values.

Individual Defensive Players scoring?

Yes, we love IDP and provide full support to allow IDP leagues and strategy scoring.

What is the source for NFL scoring data?

We currently license all our player statistics from STATS, Inc.

How are scoring discrepancies handled?

All scoring is final once overnight stats are received. However, commissioners may occasionally have manual scoring changes they need to implement. FM provides tools for them to do so. The league is made fully aware of any manual scoring changes made by the commish.

Head Coach position available?

There is currently no option to draft or assign NFL head coaches to your teams or rosters.

Customizable reports?

There are no tools to create "custom reports", however there are tools to view player scoring, top players and positions as well as previous weeks' scores and results all online.

Can you have divisional play in leagues if desired?

Yes, there are options to assign teams to both divisions and conferences. The commish can customize team schedules accordingly to create certain divisional game scenarios.

Dynasty functions (ie. salary tracking, contract tracking, archival ability)?

No, FanMill does not currently offer salary based tracking or roster management.

Describe how your site handles FA Transactions (ie. Blind Bidding, Waiver, Worst to First)?

League setup allows players to go straight to free agency or into a waiver system. Waivers can be claimed by blind bidding or picked up by worst-to-first, commish declared order or inverse order of previous week's points score. Commish controls all transaction limits and season bid points.

Can leagues customize FA Transactions to fit their league rules?

Yes, each league can limit the amount of transactions a team can make throughout the season.

Email alerts for transactions, trades, etc?

Email alerts are new to the 2004 season for various league actions.

Can players make 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 trades?

Yes, any number of players may be involved in a trade... whatever is up your sleeve. League setup dictates commish approval and league contest rights as well.

V. WEBSITE DESIGN, PERFORMANCE, TECH SUPPORT

Our staff is personally available via email to personally answer each question, comment and request that comes in the door. There is also a contact form on the site for more formal structured requests. We can also be reached via phone for urgent requests.

Average response time to queries?

Average wait time varies depending on the complexity of the request, however most inquiries are typically addressed within minutes. There is always someone available to field a request.

Describe your Hardware configuration (# and type of servers, etc.)

Our system consists of multiple servers hosted in a secure, climate-controlled, carrier class datacenter complete with backup generator, redundant cooling systems and redundant connections to two Internet backbones.

VI. CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

Can users create a League Website/Newsletter?

Each league has it's own league home page with commish features to provide messages and alerts to all coaches.

Message Board or Chat Room capability?

FanMill provides community message boards as well as private league boards for each league. While you can chat live during drafts, there is no live chat for each league.

Photographs allowed on Message Board (or other space)? If yes, maximum size in KB?

Yes, you can post images while posting on the community message boards but cannot upload anything directly.

Off-Season Accessibility?

This last season we had the site offline for major site revisions. Moving forward, we anticipate full year long access for all leagues and the entire community.

How are League and Team Graphics handled, if available?

Full uniform colors can be assigned per team including helmet, helmet stripe, jersey, numbers, sleeves, sleeves stripe, pants, pants stripe and socks.

$99.95-$117.85 depending on league size..... Individual teams went from $9.95 to $14.95 depending on seasonal specials and discounts.

Upcoming Year Cost per League?

All leagues are $94.95. One of our main features is the ability to purchase individual teams to play in other public leagues. Our individual team price is currently only $9.95.

Fees for FA transactions?

All FanMill services, games, amenities and fun come with your one-time purchase. There are NO hidden fees for peak hours, number of trades, live game-time stats or drafts.
