Quarterback
Boller continues to miss games due to his injured toe (out on Friday).
Jake Delhomme was knocked out of the game on Sunday by a blow to the head as he was sliding to complete a scramble. He stayed down on the turf and had to be helped from the field - backup Chris Weinke stepped in and led the team on a game-winning drive. After the game coach Fox indicated that Delhomme's injury was not serious, but said Delhomme knew "what city he was in and the team he had been playing against, but that was about it." The team will keep a close eye on Delhomme for post-concussion after-effects as the week goes by.
Fiedler's bad shoulder kept him out of the game on Sunday as expected.
Garcia is still missing games (ankle, out on Friday), but was working out with the team last week. Just about everyone is screaming for Joey Harrington's head right now, so Garcia could see game time if he can get healthy enough.
Griese was forced out of the game on Sunday when his left knee was sprained after a defender "rolled up" on his planted leg. The severity of the sprain will be evaluated further once the swelling reduces - his status for next week isn't known. The team has evaluated the injury with MRIs and is refusing to release the results before Griese gets a second opinion -- not a good sign. Said coach Gruden "It could be a few weeks, it could be the end of the season. We don't know for sure. We should know something here in the
next day or so, and then I'm sure he'll get some other opinions, so it
could be a couple of days. But we're obviously very concerned, and we
should be."
Grossman missed the game on Sunday as expected (ankle, out on Friday).
Pennington's torn rotator cuff kept him out of the game on Sunday, as expected.
Roethlisberger couldn't play on Sunday due to his badly sprained knee (doubtful on Friday).
Vick had his sore knee tweaked during the game on Sunday, but shook off the impact and completed the game without further incident.
Running Back
Betts missed the game on Sunday due to his injured groin (doubtful on Friday's injury report).
Blaylock missed the game on Sunday due to his broken ankle, as expected (out on Friday's injury report).
Dillon was a surprise game-time bench warmer after coach Belichick decided in pre-game warmups that Dillon was "not physically able to go". Dillon was dressed for the game and stood around on the sidelines in pads, but didn't touch the ball at all.
Duckett was forced out of the game on Sunday due to an ankle injury, and he did not return to action. His injury will be evaluated further on Monday. The initial diagnosis is a "high" ankle sprain, which is a sprain of the two big ligaments that keep the lower leg bones together - it's considered the most serious ankle sprain a player can suffer. Duckett's scheduled for an MRI, saying "I'll know more [Monday]".
Faulk missed the game on Sunday, as expected (foot/leg, out on Friday).
Fleming missed the game on Sunday due to his bum right ankle (questionable on Friday's injury report). He was still in a walking boot on Sunday and unable to play anywhere near 100%.

Pass injured his hand early in the game, but returned to action 2 plays later - the injury is considered minor at this point.
Portis was limping after the game vs. K.C. due to a bruised shin, and also had other minor bumps and bruises. None of the injuries are considered major as of Monday morning, but keep an eye on his progress as the week goes along. He is also nursing a sore calf that kept him limited in practice last week. Portis commented "I've got all week to think about the pain in my leg. As long as I can stand and as long as I can go, I'll go."
Ricard was once again inactive due to his injured calf (questionable on Friday's injury report).

Strong bruised his chest and suffered a pinched nerve in the shoulder on Sunday, and did not play in the second half. He was replaced by Leonard Weaver. After the game, Strong indicated he'll play as usual in the next game - Shaun Alexander hopes so, because Strong's blocking prowess is a big part of why Alexander has such gaping holes to run through this year.
Suggs' season of frustration continued on Sunday, as he was inactive due to a thumb injury.
Taylor missed the game on Sunday due to his ankle injury (questionable on Friday's injury report).
Williams was sidelined for another game on Sunday due to his sore arch/injured hamstring (questionable on Friday's injury report).

He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along, but remember the Titans are notoriously tightlipped about the true status of their players - current speculation in the local press is that he may miss some time due to the injury. Bennett commented after the game, "I came up and it kind of felt funny. I came over to the sideline and there’s a pain in my joint. I couldn’t make a fist. The joint is messed up."

He reportedly bruised his ribs and injured his groin in the collision, and was forced to the sidelines for the majority of the game. Williams aggravated his sore back during warmups, and was limited to a #3 WR role instead of a starting role. The Lions were already without Roy Williams, Eddie Drummond and the suspended Charles Rogers, so William's limited amount of playing time was another in a series of blows to the teams' passing game.

G Zach Wiegert was knocked out of the game on Sunday night with an injured right ankle (either that, or he was so embarrassed by the poor line play that he just couldn't stand to see another yellow flag...just kidding). The entire Houston line was in disarray early in the game Sunday night. Wiegert's injury is feared to be a high ankle sprain, so he could miss a significant amount of time.
