Quarterback
Bulger was once again sidelined due to his injured right shoulder. It doesn't look like he's going to make it back this year, as he stated last week that the shoulder isn't near to 100% healthy, and there are only 2 meaningless games left for the team. Jamie Martin took back over under center this past Sunday when rookie Ryan Fitzpatrick struggled vs. Philadelphia.
Fiedler is done for the season after having surgery to repair his injured shoulder.
Frerotte aggravated his index finger injury on his throwing hand during the game on Sunday - the severity of the re-injury isn't currently known. Sage Rosenfels will fill in for Frerotte if the injury is serious. "I just keep hurting it and it just won't heal while we're still in season." said Frerotte after the game.
Leftwich's ankle injury cost him another game on Sunday, as expected (listed as out on Friday).
Losman's shoulder injury kept him on the sidelines this past week (he was listed as questionable to play on Friday's injury report).
McCown was suffering from the flu when called on to sub for Warner, and could only stay in the game briefly - he should be ready to start next week, hopefully, as Warner is lost for the season due to the knee injury he suffered on Sunday.
Simms aggravated his sprained left thumb (he throws left handed) during the game on Sunday - he had to switch to holding his right hand to the top side when he's under center because receiving the snap in his left hand was causing him problems with the digit. He'll be evaluated further this week to make sure his throwing hand (left) is functional - right now, the team expects him to go during week 16.
Warner injured the MCL in his right knee and is out for the season. Right now, we expect Josh McCown to step in for the final 2 games of the season, but coach Green hasn't been reluctant to give McCown the quick hook if he struggles.
Running Back
Alexis' sore groin kept him out of the game on Sunday (he was listed as doubtful on Friday).
Barlow missed the game on Sunday as expected (knee, out on Friday's injury report).
Benson's knee injury kept him out of the game on Sunday, as expected.
Blaylock hasn't made it back on the field from his ankle injury yet (he was listed as questionable to play on Friday's injury report).
Brown suffered a shoulder injury during the game on Sunday - the severity of the injury isn't currently known. Brown will be evaluated further as the week goes along. The team will probably list him as "questionable" on Wednesday's injury report, as that's Tennessee's all-purpose injury designation for anything less than a season-ending injury.
Brown tweaked his left knee during the game on Sunday, and seemed to be slowed by the injury. He was spelled by Ricky Williams, who handled the extra work with no problem. After the game, Brown said that the injury was minor.
Davis was unable to play on Sunday due to his injured knee. His status for the next game will be evaluated as the week goes along. In Davis' absence, Jonathan Wells helped power the team to a rare victory with some strong running.
