That's the key thing," HC Denny Green said, explaining why McCown, the Cardinals' No. 2 man behind Warner, will start over second-year quarterback John Navarre. "He's got one of the best games in the league this year, and I think he should be able to go out and compete very favorably against Philadelphia."

*** Thursday Update *** TM Indianapolis Colts (IND) HC Tony Dungy’s son, James Dungy, 18, was found dead early Thursday morning in his apartment in Lutz, FL. Tony Dungy has left the team and is in Tampa. Colts president Bill Polian said Dungy will be away from the team indefinitely. QB coach Jim Caldwell (also the team’s assistant head coach) will take over Dungy’s role while he is away. Coach Dungy is one of the most respected men in the NFL and we at Footballguys extend our most sincere condolence
